  1. Hi Clover team - this is Mark with Fiserv. The Clover Go G1 and G2 mobile apps should have a section to enter in address information. Especially when merchants are keying in transactions in the app, address verification is very important to avoid risks of disputes and chargebacks. Is this a feature that is coming?

  3. Hello. yesterday my equipment for barbershop and salon arrived. but this system does not have the ability to divide tips for each member nor does it have the ability to divide the amounts by individual for each service the employee did. this delays my day because I have to do it manually daily and write down each service and its prices for each person in the barbershop. it's a problem for me. they should add an app for this to be printed individually per person per service and tips

  4. A couple years ago Clover offered a merchant keypad to connect to the Mini to have it stay customer facing and allow employees to type the $ amount on the little keypad. Merchants loved that set up. For some reason you got rid of it. Merchants dont like having to turn the device around or buy a whole other mini. That would be great to bring that back or make a PIN pad that can always stay customer facing like the FD35 or RP10.

  6. Most all retailers, C stores and restaurants need the ability to take cash out of the drawer to pay vendors or send an employee out to purchase supplies and this button needs to be function as a negative button accounting and reducing the amount of cash in a drawer.

  7. When we print a takeaway order via the Register App, we need the option to print 2 copies of the order as the drinks and food are handled by separate areas of the kitchen.

  8. I need a printer that can print in both languages on the same kitchen ticket. This requirement of a dual language ticket is needed because of the racial composition of staff in my international kitchen. I have both Chinese speaking and English speaking staff and that is what both languages needed to be on the same kitchen ticket. Even my previous 10-year-old POS can do that.

  10. Merchant wants the Telecheck tender type to prompt for the customer signature on the customer-facing Mini. It currently prompts for the signature on the Merchant-facing device, with "Automatically take payment on connected device" selected.

  12. Allow order types ToGo and Pickup to be printed in RED ink. This would help the kitchen identify those orders immediately and help them prioritize kitchen resources accordingly. Very helpful during busy times!

  15. I travel around and sell which is why I chose the Clover "GO".

    In the Clover Go app, I would like to be able to select from my preset tax rates at checkout, as I have multiple sales tax rates I need to apply depending on the tax region I am in.

    Current G2 app appears like it can, but the rates cannot be interacted with. G1 app does not show any other tax rates other than what is applied to the item.

  16. IF the medium or small font is chosen and printed on the recommended 1.125 inch long labels, we get 2 orders printed on 1 label. if we choose the large font, we get 1 item per label.. the issue with large font is when we use a lot of modifiers per item - as many as 10 and so with the large font, we cannot see all modifiers

  18. I know there is custom item to put in whatever price onto the custom item, and you can put in text in the modifier. But the Custom Item can not be sent to the kitchen printer, so this is useless...

    Something like this will be very nice.

    A completely blank button for the merchants to put in whatever NAME, MODIFIER and PRICE on their own. And this needs to be able to fire to the kitchen printer.
