Add the ability to see statistics of how my business performe hourly in a bigger range
I was trying to do it and is not possible it just shows me how my business performed hourly in one day at a time if I want to see like the last 6 months, for example, to see what hours are more profitable to make decisions I cant do that.

Notification for Declined Reoccurring Payments
We have a wine club set up and we set it up with reoccurring payments in Clover. So we have 60+ users right now and we have to go through them all individually each month to see if the card was declined or not. It would be really helpful if we could receive an email notification when cards are declined in the reoccurring payment section.
We want to promote it more, but this part of the process is so time consuming that if we scaled up to 100-150 people then we wouldn't be able to maintain the program b/c we…

Remove Gift Cards from Batch Total
Net batch totals should reflect the net amount deposited into the bank. Gift card activations are included in the net batch total and need to be manually subtracted to match bank deposit.

Tabletop kiosk
I would like to have a tabletop kiosk similar to Ziosk, we do not have wait staff in our restaurant because 1. it is hard to find employees and 2 we like to be contactless when possible. We are currently using QR codes on the tables, but the ordering website is a bit confusing for some. Having a kiosk to put on the tables would be great for our older customers, and and a great contactless way of ordering which is extremely important in this Covid world.

Remove order notes for clover online.
I would like to have the option to turn off the online ordering notes. Customers are not choosing modifiers they are putting request in the notes, for example extra ranch, our wings come with ranch or blue cheese but extra ranch/blue cheese I charge for. The customers are just putting the request in the order notes. We are losing money.

Order receipts use too much paper on larger fonts
The order receipts are extremely wasteful when using medium or large fonts. All order receipts have too much information, and information is repeated.
When medium font size is selected, there are dotted lines and empty space between each item which causes the paper to be unnecessarily long.
While the large font should not have to be used, it is our only option as the small font is too hard to see at a distance for our chefs, and the medium font wastes too much paper. Although the large font is not ideal, it still uses less paper than the medium…

We've had two Merchants leave because Printer Failure Clover Mini
Clover Mini makes it that when the internal printer fails, you cant use the order printer as a backup. We have one merchant who had a Gen 1 mini, printer fail, buy a second gen one, and right after the year mark, that internal printer failed also....after not finding an affordable solution, the Merchant is calling it quits. We know this is a software issue and profit center, instead of allowing the printer to work, or allowing a P100 or P500, CLOVER CHOOSES NOT to change it.

include "category" in items export
I need to export list of our items that includes the "category" attribute. When I export the inventory from the dashboard i am not seeing the category column.

Set default order type by device
My restaurant has a Clover Station that primarily handles to-go orders and Clover Flex devices that handle dine-in orders. Currently my default Order Type is set to Dine-In, but this default applies to all my Clover devices. I want to have a different default Order Type on my Clover Station since this device mainly handles to-go (sometimes I forget to select To-Go and it defaults to Dine-In).
I would like to have the option to set a default Order Type based on device. The account-level default Order Type should still exist, but if the device has a device-specific default Order…

Variable Sales Tax Rates Linked to Revenue Classes
NY State has arcane sales tax rules. It would be nice if sales tax could be charged to taxable items and not to non-taxable items automatically, depending on which revenue class the item belonged to. All current workarounds are impractical.
