Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. Allow order types ToGo and Pickup to be printed in RED ink. This would help the kitchen identify those orders immediately and help them prioritize kitchen resources accordingly. Very helpful during busy times!

  3. I process for a growing franchise called Outer Banks Boil Company. They specialize in low-country boils where they offer "Pots to go" for people that want to steam themselves, or catering where they come to your vacation home and do on-site boils. For their on-site work they use the Clover Go. The ability to accept gift cards AND split checks without having to purchase a Clover Flex is a MUCH NEEDED update, please!

  4. need the cash drawer to open for signature debit sales. Busy QSRs don't have time to thread the needle of the slot in the front of the cash drawer. If it can open for credit card sales it should open for signature debit sales

  7. Please enable spanish for Clover Station 2018. It's available on the Mini and Flex, and rather easily so. Meanwhile, on our flagship device, the most popular/second most popular language on the planet is not.

  8. Hi development team,

    I love my clover POS since last year and cannot wait to change over my 2 other locations to Clover as well. However, the system lacking the feature of automatically prompt printing to kitchen once an already fired item being deleted or removed. This is first to notify kitchen not to make anymore. Secondly my FOH and BOH are far distance and this is to avoid employee theft as if the order was paid by cash, employee can delete it and no one would know.   9. Hardware Suggestion*

    The cord that comes with he Mini is sometimes too short for clients. A variety of cord sizes to purchase would be really helpful if at all possible!

  11. I have asked this before and told there was nothing in the works.
    But I'm asked by potential and existing Customers about this all the time. I doubt I could be the only one? I've always thought ( and heard for clients) that a black or graphite option would be fantastic.
    This week I was making some cold-calls and saw that Square now does have this option out in the market. It's a nice new graphite/dark gray looking color. They must have had request and felt there was also a need if they did it. Maybe this can be looked…

  12. Please find a way for the Clover Flex to connect to the Station Duo printer. There should be NO NEED for a merchant to buy a separate bar printer when the Duo printer can be used at the bar.

  13. IF the medium or small font is chosen and printed on the recommended 1.125 inch long labels, we get 2 orders printed on 1 label. if we choose the large font, we get 1 item per label.. the issue with large font is when we use a lot of modifiers per item - as many as 10 and so with the large font, we cannot see all modifiers

  14. Go back to the previous app version. The app update is terrible. All useful functionality was removed. I’m no longer able to see individual transactions or the summary of daily sales for the past week. I don’t want to run my business from my phone, but I do need to be able to track it.

We have great plans for the development of the Clover Dashboard app, and will release updates regularly. In the meantime, you can access all the previous functionality by logging in to your account at clover.com/dashboard/login.

  17. Online Ordering currently only notifies via email for Scheduled Orders, and Merchant would like to set it so ALL Online orders will send an email notification as just printing to the Clover Mini is not enough as their is no sound associated with the incoming Online order, Merchant either wants the ability to setup an email to notify this or to have the device to provide a sound that an online order has come through.

  18. "Skip And Print" Always USED to Print a Tip and Signature line, now it doesn't. We would like that to come back. Curb Side service is very trendy and our customers are asking for a tip line!

  19. Clover Flex needs the table mapping of clover dining instead of a list. The list of numbers is overwhelming to the eye. The server can't memorize the numbers easily. The visual on the station and mini helps much more than the flex.

  20. On the Kitchen Printer when it pulls out the ticket it should all read on the left side. Example (Bean Burrito) is on the left (with cheese) should also be on the left not on the right.
