  1. Can we make Thermal Kitchen Printers? The tickets would be easier to read and less expensive as ink wouldn't need to be purchased.

  2. Please allow the receipt options to show on both employee and customer devices. Then the customer can select their receipt option by their own.

  3. The label printer mentioned above provides the same features and more such as wireless, bluetooth, and ethernet connections. The cost is half of that compared to the Epson and has great reliability.

  4. Received an official Clover TML90. It's actually got an ethernet interface. yet the clover app only supports a USB connection. You support star printed both USB and ethernet, why not a label printer.As we use a label printer as a kitchen printer, it makes sense to have it located in the kitchen some 50 feet away from the pos - not ideal to run a USB cable that far.

  6. I should not hve to be at the station to fix printer issues. We have two stations and at one station we don’t need receipts yet there is no way to turn that printer off

  8. Users (and resellers) have not been notified of the new toggle switch under the Key/Scan menu. It defaults to YES every time you open the app. This is causing Visa and MC initiated chargebacks that merchants cannot dispute (handkeying a chip card that is "present"). There should be Yes or No bubbles instead of any default. So, our users all have to be called and MOTO clients will need to switch the toggle to NO for every transaction. Lots of angry merchants who are losing money!!

  10. We run a grocery store and scan more than 10 items for most orders. The scanned items are shown from top to bottom. When we surpass 10, it stays on the first 10 items and we are unsure if we scanned the most recent item or not. This leads to mistakes as we have to drag it up and sometimes click on it or delete/add more of same item by accident. It is very inconvenient and unintuitive. We need you guys to update this so it automatically pulls the most recent item scanned up, or have new scanned items come…

  11. Please include setting to print to the kitchen by category. Salad’s together fry’s together burgers together and so on. Two tickets per order 1 by category for the kitchen staff and the 2nd for servers to put it all together for guests

  12. contactless payment is a trend. Apple pay google pay Samsung pay..... I don't understand why Clover Station solo cannot accept any contactless payments. Even old fashion counter top credit card machine can accept NFC payments. Clover Station Solo cannot !??? Can Clover engineering make it happen? at least support P550 printer as optional !!! Please!

  13. often times merchants misplace their Clover Flex especially when there are multiple units that are handled. Then there are times when they are stolen.
    Clover ought to consider anti theft mechanism (loud audible alarm or temporary GPS that is activated once and then must be reset)
    call it "AFTER The Flex" Anti Flex-Theft Emergency Response
    Another consideration is to have a live voice response when the unit is detected as off pre-validated premises

  15. I would like a button that can be pressed from the register page that will simply pop open the cash drawer instead of having to go to the three dots, select open cash drawer, and input a reason. Too many buttons for when you're in a rush and I don't want to leave the key in the drawer.

  17. Merchants need a way to create an invoice directly from a clover terminal , as well as the ability to create itemized invoices from all terminals, including the virtual terminal.

  18. We have recently got Clover Duo systems installed at our restaurants, and existing kitchen printers, Epson TMU 220, are not working, so we are asked to purchase STAR printers. Can you enable Enable Epson TMU 220 printers by adding drivers for these printers into the Clover software, please?
    Our Existing Epson TMU 220 printers were working with Aldelo Express POS system and printers were connected through a LAN cable so I am wondering they it is not possible for Clover to add support for Epson TMU 220 printers into their software.

  19. It would be great if you can add prices on Kitchen receipt and the full total and tax because the bill receipt is in small letters and you can't change the size like how you can change the front size for the kitchen receipt but can't with the bill receipt.

  20. The order receipts are extremely wasteful when using medium or large fonts. All order receipts have too much information, and information is repeated.

    When medium font size is selected, there are dotted lines and empty space between each item which causes the paper to be unnecessarily long.

    While the large font should not have to be used, it is our only option as the small font is too hard to see at a distance for our chefs, and the medium font wastes too much paper. Although the large font is not ideal, it still uses less paper than the medium…
