  2. The merchant would like to be able to track the amount of items in inventory for items and once the item is unavailable they would like for the app to notify or not give them the option to place order for that item.

  3. Merchant wants to use test mode on their Classic Station like once before to allow a cash order to be deleted when they exit test mode however they can no longer do that. Workaround is Refund payment or open cash drawer without using test mode.

  5. Getting several requests for a extension cord for the Clover 2018 Front Facing printer.... Merchants with limited counter space are forced to make modification at additional expense to use the Clover Station 2018 near or at the counter. I received 2 requests this month due to the Covid-19 situation

  6. Another option to change the format of the display of the screen and apps for those who are visually impaired.

    ie. Make the screen all black and white. and have only the apps names listed big on the screen, instead of the icon--or make the entire display black and white.

  7. Merchants need the ability to search their inventory items by UPC-A barcodes as that is the most common form of barcodes used in the US. Currently, other Clover devices can search by the barcode format just fine, but not the Clover Go App

  8. Linerless labels are gaining popularity with QSR restaurants, coffee and tea shops included. I don't believe the Clover thermal kitchen printer Star TSP100 will work with those labels/paper.

  9. As a service business owner in Canada, I'd love to see a plug in swipe reader brought north of the border - right now our only option is Square. Would love to see this in Clover

  10. Wall mounted Solo options for servers would have allowed us to gain 2 major accounts. They ended up going with xxx because they felt if Clover couldn't accommodate something as simple as a wall mounted server station, then what else are they missing.

  11. A quick reference guide for frequently used functions was expected when we switched over to Clover. I will make my own for my employees but it would be nice if Clover would put one out.

  16. Order receipt DOTTED LINE format option doesn’t work with Star 700 kitchen printer.
    When using the Large Font along with the dotted lines, the dotted lines wrap to two lines instead of only one.

  17. I have the external scanner hooked up to my clover mini. I need the ability to shut off the onboard scanner. It is an awkard customer experience to have the little scanner window pop up when there is an external scanner.

  18. Full disclosure regarding my "clover rewards not working" complaint write up:
    My previous write up was extremely critical and I want to now speak of a much better customer service experience.
    Today, tech customer service rep, Rodney, helped me to see that my rewards program is working as intended by reviewing my dashboard. My issue was not the rewards program.

  20. I have a Clover mini Gen2. I upgraded to a Gen3. Now the new Gen3 printer receipt sounds really choppy and seems a little bit slower. I have both machines side by side doing a test print. I even share the sound to the Tech Support Assistant who is online speaker phone to hear both of them do a test print.

    The new Clover Mini Gen3 printing is not smooth like the old mini GEN2. The sound is choppy and louder and does NOT print smoothly when it comes out of the thermal printer. Is it really supposed to sound…
