  1. Situation: Owner has multiple EINs and needs a POS for transactions. For example, a POS is needed for an LLC and a non-profit by the same owner.

    Problem: With Clover devices, it is not possible to switch from one EIN to another on a device. Owner much purchase new devices for each EIN. Needless to say, this can become very costly or cost prohibitive if several devices are needed.

    Proposed Solution: Allow for multiple logins on devices and secure the devices by only accepting registered EINs

  3. Please explain to clover support that just because they don't see a power supply listed as equipment, if the power supply fails on new equipment let them send out a new power supply or starter kit.

    just had a solo and it's power supply fail. They sent a new solo but not power supply. Their response was they don't see power supply listed as equipment they can swap out. This is like who's on first..

  4. Two cash drawers have a spot each on the Solo hub, so why can't the functionality be developed (we asked for this three years ago) so a bartender can get assigned to their own drawer for the business owner to avoid theft and employee finger pointing. There are two spots ready for this development! We need this to close a $5M high volume location needing 30+ clover devices! 7 18 2023 JC.

  5. Customer payment receipts on the Flex 3 are way too long. Would like to see the option to have them shorter so we are not using so much paper

  6. Customers have figured out that they can back out of a card transaction and select cash so are stealing product when they hand back the device and server believes the order is paid. Therefore, we'd like to be able to disable tender types (specifically cash) from the device.

  7. There should be an option to select default keypad view on the search bar of the Register App. The default now is to show the large keyboard when search bar is selected. There should be an option to show only number keyboard so items can be searched with numbers only (e.g. PLU, or UPC).

  8. Clover System Currently only supports one weight scale (CAS SW-RS). This weight scale is bulky sits on the countertop and has max weight limit of 20lb. It is long overdue that Clover System developer add support for other weight scales.
    Here are some examples:
    1. Zebra MP7000 scanner scale
    2. CAS LP-1000N
    3. Datalogic Magellan 9300i/9400i Barcode Scanner

    I am sure there are more frustrated clover users like me due to lack of other scale support.

  9. in Clover dining, the time on the ticket for drinks is when the order was placed, but when we come to take the food order, the time will be the same as the drink order time. are we able to have the the time the ticket was created for drink and then for food?

  11. I process transactions on a desktop computer and after processing have to go to transactions, search for transactions and print receipt. Would like reciept to be printed automatically on my Lexmark MX511de printer the way FirstData allowed.

  12. Need better way to secure higher level access roles at the device. Four and six digit pin have been easily discovered. For those roles can we make the primary to facial recognition and the PIN only if facial has issues via 2FA to email for that role?

  13. Merchant setup Inventory with Pictures and Description and now Merchant open another location he want to move same inventory with product description and pictures to other open location but right we are Only able to export and import inventory category, and other details but not product pictures and Description .It is very time consuming to add pictures of product and description for another location very pain full clover need to fix this issue and allow merchant to import and export product pictures and Description .

  14. this would apply to all service companies, like plumbers, electricians and many more. It would be nice to have a service section that is not taxed and you could do a labor rate (hourly) or other time frame and when a user adds it to the invoice you could do it in increments i.e. 1.25 hrs , 2.1 hrs. This is something that I can do on quickbooks. I do like how your app works and I hope to see this in the near future. it would make my invoicing cleaner and less confusing for my customers. Thanks in advance…

  15. When the internet goes down at a merchants location that has several Clover stations, it would be great if the stations could communicate with each other over their LAN connection. When my bars lose internet the customers can only order drinks at the same exact Clover station where they opened their tab. And they can only close out at that same station as well. I have a bar that has 10 Clover station solos and the customers order from different spots all the time.

    Or I have a restaurant where the server drops off the ticket at the table and…

  18. We have clients that love and utilize our rewards system. It would be nice for our clients to be able to still redeem rewards or collect points with their purchases when using the clover go devices.

    We got the clover go devices to be able to speed up our check out process and now we cant utilize the full features like the main stations. It is really upsetting and making us as a business do more work on our end when again, we got these devices to be more efficient.

  20. Currently, if you swipe, tap or insert the debit card it will not open the Cash Drawer, however if you manually enter the card information it will open.
