Employees receiving Closeout Email
Merchant states any employee should be able to receive the closeout email. Merchant states he shouldn't have to change the owners email in order to get it accomplished.
It's unreal that I had a very detailed LONG discussion w/the supervisor and provided her plenty of samples of the problems we were experiencing. It's not an employee that we need to get the reports, it's an Admin person! I would highly suggest listening to the voice print since they are being recorded. This way I don't have to explain everything again. Due to this problem, we are having to manipulate security features, and this should not be allowed! Please, we need for the admin person, and not the owner to get the reports. We have had to manipulate the data after being advised by your team there is no other way. In doing so, the true admin person can't be set up as a user because her e-mail is being used by the owner so she can get the reports so now the owner has to share her user name and password just so they can both use it, and this seems like a violation of the security feature, but your system doesn't allow any other way.
