  1. Happy hour discounts should not display in Discounts pop up

    Happy hour discounts currently appear in the pop up when a staff member wants to add a discount. The whole point of happy hour is so that the employees don't have to manually ring up transactions with discounts for every single person during those hours. Its to reduce button presses, and it works great. But why does it appear in the regular discounts pop up? I mean an employee should never have to press that button, so its effectively useless and just makes the discounts pop up look confusing.

  2. Owner and Employee Name Change Permissions

    Merchant has several employees that have changed their names and unable to edit it in the system unless they change the whole email which is not an option most times.

  4. 2-Factor Authentication Needs Ability To Choose Multiple Mobile Numbers or Email as an Option

    It is very INEFFICIENT to have only one Option to send a 2-Factor Authentication Code when there are multiple Owners and/or Admins to a PAID CLOVER ACCOUNT for Management purposes. How efficient is it that I have to wait for my Co-Owner/Admin/Employee to send me a Verification Code each time I log on or vice versa when logging into Clover under 2-Factor Authentication.   5. don't force two factor authentication on dashboard accounts

    Allow employees to use the dashboard account without two factor authentication or allow an email or business phone number (not mobile) to be used to receive the verification code. Employee does not want to enter and use their personal mobile phone number for authentication to a business account.

  7. Capability to do a 2nd modifier

    It was brought to my attention that a 10 location restaurant group would prefer to use Clover but has to use Toast because Clover doesn't have the capability of picking a modifier with another modifier to pop up once the first modifier was picked. This is important because if a Kabob restaurant has a combo plate where the customer gets to pick 2 sides. So the customer picks a greek salad and Hummus. There should then be a modifier that then would allow the employee to click on no onion and cheese on the salad but Clover doesn't allow for…

  8. Be able to void Mistaken closed transactions.

    If I have an employee that adds a weighted item with too many zeros and then closes it out, I cannot void the closed ticket. Say she weighs our item and accidentally puts in 1000 lbs = $10,000 and then cashes it out to cash. We as owners should be able to delete and void that frivolous mistake. Or say a disgruntled employee cashes it out for 1mil. We should have the right to VOID said transaction

  11. Inventory should go in the negative for items that have 0 qty when sold.

    When you have 0 qty and you sell that item this should now say -1 in inventory rather than staying at 0. This helps tracked wrong items sold etc.. by employees rather than thinking someone is stealing things. This is how it was since we have used clover (5 years) until the most recent update.

  13. Bar and More Employee Name

    In the Clover Dining App, on the Bar and More tab... each tab can show the customer name, but it is valuable to also show the employee/server name here. This is valuable for bars that have multiple bar tenders, multiple bars and for called in to-go orders.

  14. Shifts should add employee hours to a total

    When tabulating employee hours for a specific week/month Clover should total these hours for the time frame requested. Currently Manager has to manually add these up which is time intensive and open for error.

  16. Restrict the employee of doing a sale with 0.00

    Merchant would like to restrict the employee of doing a sale with 0.00, because went the employee save the order and they deleted the item,that give them the option of pay, so they can open the cash drawer like this, but the merchant still have the option of deleting items for is employees

  17. A warning sign when the item did not scan into the system

    Merchant would like the function when an item is not listed in the inventory and employee does not have permission to add an item to display a warming window or make a loud noise to inform the employee that the item has not been added to the order. The Clover will make the same sound even if the item is not listed in the inventory.

  19. Give other besides the owner access to multi-location dashboard to edit reward plans

    Right now, the owner only has access to the multi-location dashboard and wants to give access to the multi-location dashboard to management without giving their conditionals to their employees. My suggestion is to make it so that others can access the multi-location dashboard and not just the owner.

  20. Future Orders

    restaurants always have customers calling in to place orders for later in the day or the following day, etc. But there is no way for an employee to key in a pick-up order and enter a future "fire" time. The online ordering app does this and many third party online ordering apps... but not the native android interface/Register/Clover Dining? Is this coming?
