For example, a restaurant has an order but wants to discount the food 15% but no the drinks. The only way to do it currently is going food item by food item and discount them and not the drinks!!

One merchant had an unfortunate situation where a dishonest employee was able to download the app on his phone and gain access to the dashboard. We deleted the employee from system entirely and discovered the email is no longer accepted on the app - this is true if anyone's email is deleted from the dashboard - is it possible to create permissions on who is even allowed to download the app, depending on their role within the business?

When you sell a gift card there would be a pop up asking for the gift card number. When you redeem the gift card in settlement it would have a pop up asking for the gift card number. This way small business are able to track outstanding gift card.

I have a big restaurant where we need the ability to have 2 for 1 drinks during our happy hour. Currently I'm only able to discount by percentage or a specific dollar amount. Can we please program the ability for 2 for 1.

A couple years ago Clover offered a merchant keypad to connect to the Mini to have it stay customer facing and allow employees to type the $ amount on the little keypad. Merchants loved that set up. For some reason you got rid of it. Merchants dont like having to turn the device around or buy a whole other mini. That would be great to bring that back or make a PIN pad that can always stay customer facing like the FD35 or RP10.

a flat fee for processing should be automatically added to all credit card transactions and not cash transaction. Clover can even prompt user that a fee will be assessed

There is one quickbooks integration app but the reviews on that app is not so well. I would appreciate if clover an come up with a different app where we can integrate our sales information to QuickBooks directly. This will save us time.

Right now, the owner only has access to the multi-location dashboard and wants to give access to the multi-location dashboard to management without giving their conditionals to their employees. My suggestion is to make it so that others can access the multi-location dashboard and not just the owner.

Currently digital gift cards cannot be ordered outside of normal online store operating hours, which does not make sense. Digital gift cards should be allowed 24 hours/day whether store is open or whether store is accepting online orders or not for regular physical items.

The merchant would like to be able to setup tills and track them to be able to determine if the employee is over or under at the end of his/her shift. The employees should not be able to view how much cash their suppose to have, this information should only be accessible to the owner/admin/ upper management

The idea is open our app and complete a payment transaction within our app and via a deep link to the Clover Go app.

I would like to be able to use a deposit button, for example if clients are buying beer their is a battle deposit added and when they return the bottles we can reimburse them the money.

Gift cards are so expensive through clover gift cards and when I submit them there should be a better system to help owners make sure their final design works. The cost is almost not worth offering to customers.

I have noticed that our employees has been able to delete the modification after the order has been fired to kitchen. Also, it won't show on deleted item so it is very difficult to track by just using clover app because they are able to modify the order anytime and can remove it from the system before they charge. I would like to have the system to not to erase any modifications made once it has been fired to kitchen.
