Implement inter-app deep linking to complete payment transactions
The idea is open our app and complete a payment transaction within our app and via a deep link to the Clover Go app.

Sonos and Spotify Apps
Used to own a restaurant for 10 years and I used LAVU on ipads. I could command my sonos and spotify from the ipad while i was bartending. This made controlling the ambiance very easy. Now I work for gravitypayments and I sell clovers and that is one feature that is lacking IMO....as not important as it sounds it would make a difference im sure.

Enable Clover Web Browser Functionality for Manager & Employee Level Staff
We are a tourist destination and would like the Clover Web functionality to be extended to Manager and Employee level staff. Currently it is only available to Administrators, yet the icon is able to show up on Manager and Employee terminals. It just doesn't launch. We get questions all the time about directions, phone numbers, etc and I don't want them on their phones. It would be optimal if they could use the Clover Web Application to do these tasks.

app market billing emails
It would be great to upgrade the app market billing emails we send to merchants. One merchant needed an invoice for her accountant. If instead of sending just the email notifying the merchant of the charges, could we instead send an actual invoice, with the GST number and the breakdown, so that accountants and bookkeepers can use it to submit to the CRA?

app for special orders
We use Clover for our small record store. We do a lot of special orders for our customers and would love an app that would take their name, contact info, name of the item and maybe things like release date, cost, whether it's currently available or on backorder, type of medium, whether it was paid at time of placement or not. Then, when our inventory was updated and the item was entered into Clover it would populate a report with the names of the people whose orders had filled. Or maybe their invoices could auto print? We don't want/need this…

App search functionality
Currently there is not a way to view all 500+ apps in the market by category or industry. The search capability is very limited and the results rarely show all apps by searching with a keyword. There needs to be a more enhanced way to search by keyword for apps to display with the keyword in the description of the app, not only a keyword in the app title. Also need a way to view all of the searched for apps after the keyword is entered without having to go back and search again. We are missing out on many…

Orders App Update
Merchant wants the orders app to be restored to the default way that it was before the app was updated. Merchant stated that the older version was easier to use.

Need to have a quality assurance team for 3rd party apps
There are many apps on the 3rd party marketplace that are frankly garbage. When a Clover merchant has a bad experience with one of these apps, it doesn't reflect poorly on the app developer, it reflects poorly on Clover. Do we have a small team of testers who are validating the claims of these apps? I think we should. Apple polices their app store in this way.

Hotel and Lodging app
Need a Hotel and lodging/booking app. There is nothing that even touches on this industry and I have multiple restaurants that are in hotels or resorts owned by the same people but we cant integrate into their hotels, So they have to have a separate system. It is frustrating!!

Orders App should only have current days orders showing for that day
Monday morning start of day 0 orders should be in orders app. I've had several customers ask is there anyway they don't see previous days orders on the next day. Should be able to go to prev day, week, etc but just not show in current day orders.

Merchant had developed his own application for rewards and wanted a way to integrate that application into the clover device so that customers could leave their own feedback and that information be saved into the clover account.

Medical and Med Spa software
I have many merchants needing medical and med spa software that allows for the payment processing to be integrated within. Aesthetics Pro is one of the most popular software that I have clients using but they only will let you use World pay for processing. Could Clover look into partnering with a medical software especially one that has the features like Aesthetics Pro

Remove the Orderout app from the app Market
Merchants who wish to cancel the Orderout app are unable to do so because the app support doesn't take calls and emails are being ignored. Merchants are being forced to report the app as fraaud through their bank to cancel the recurring payments.

Shift app
Merchant is requesting an update be added to the shifts application, shifts will generate all types of reports including total amount of hours and minutes for an employees and all of their orders however it does not specify tip amount total nor does it specify the tip amount totals by tender type on the report it self.

CREATE AN APP TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT A RECEIPT
It is currently IMPOSSIBLE to return or exchange without a receipt, which is COMMON IN RETAIL! We trusted the company's claims that "there's an app for anything! it can be done!" We feel like we've been duped. it needs to be addressed ASAP!

Billing- Add MID to Clover Marketplace App Charges
When Billing, add the MID to the Clover Marketplace App Charges on the ACH pull. For our enterprise clients that have a number of Clover devices across the organization, they cannot differentiate which charges go to which MID.
