Clover does not custom fields that Paeezy had.
Allow clover API/ hosted check out to support custom fields so merchant can know details on things customers are purchasing.

Third Party APP Cartwheels needed to manage on line delivery orders into Clover POS
Why Clover is not adding Cartwheels to the portfolio for Merchants to use their service since Clover doesn't offer anything close to that?

Do not enable apps automatically if there is a cost attached
Currently, the Wireless Manager app seems to get pushed out (as a 'free trial') to our merchants. Using this app enables the SIM cards on Clover Flex 3. The problem is that many of our merchants have not paid for the LTE/SIM card functionality. We now have to constantly audit our merchants to see if they have enabled Wireless Manager when they shouldn't have.
1 voteWe need to have this app pre-installed for some activations. We have however increased the amount of disclosure around this feature and have seen a reduction in number of calls to our support teams.

I just did my first transaction after updating from the previously used Clover Go G1. I have always been able to access my contacts to text a receipt to my customers by clicking the plus sign to the right of the phone number prompt. It apparently is no longer there. Do I still have a way to do this without having to type in my customer’s phone number each time?

Installation of 3rd party apps
We just got Uber Eats, which uses their own app to manage order acceptance. Installing that app on a Clover device would reduce the number of devices we need in store without having to pay some other service a monthly fee to do the same thing. No reason we need a separate tablet to manage them. No reason to use some non-Clover, non-Uber app to manage the service. The app is available on the Google Play Store and is designed for Android devices, which all of our Clover devices are.

You must re-enable carbon copy
Who in the world took away carbon copy and receipt details?! Clearly you have some software engineer who doesn't use this system. It's like driving a car designed and built by a 3yr old. Why in the world did you do this?!?! I'm seeking alternative merchant processing because you took away the 2 most vital receipt properties: the ability to show description on the sales receipt, and the carbon copy to my business email. You have no idea how much more work you've created for me by removing these two features.

Online Menu vs. Inventory Categories
We are a Grocery Store with Food To Go and a Coffee Bar. It seems to be easy for a restaurant to set up an online Food To Go Menu but not another business type. We are adding an online menu with curbside pickup for the Coffee and Food to Go with select products. Setting up an online food menu is not user friendly if inventory/menu items are also sold as a grocery items as well as food to go.
Each grocery item has an assigned category. An online Food To Go Menu needs different (restaurant style) Categories (than groceries)…
1 voteOur suggestion would be to select a SaaS plan option that fits your business need. Then you could use the Online Ordering features.
