Make current top of list in cellular data app
The cellular app should show the current device at the top of the list of devices so that the current device can be managed on the device. Also add the nickname and data usage back onto the device so merchants can be sure they are looking up the correct device without having to check the serial number.
Also add a search option so merchants can search for a different device by nickname or serial number etc. they have without logging in online.

App Shortcuts
All apps need to be able to have a shortcut button on the lefthand side of the web dashboard. Currently some of the active apps populate a shortcut buttton under the MORE tab but others must be searched for in order to access, open, and review information. Example: SHIFTS app no longer populates on the lefthand side - in order to access time reports you need to select APP MARKET, search SHIFTS in search bar, select SHIFTS then OPEN. Only then can you pull time clock reports.

I have an she says that when she is going to send the receipt by text on the mini there is a prefix on the space where she has to type the phone number +54 that she has to erase to then write the cardholder phone number, extra step of erasing the prefix +54 so it's clear to be able to write the phone number. needs to be fixed. tysm

Option to consider gratuity in Homebase's "Server Banking" feature.
In Homebase, automatically calculating the amount the server owes the house should have the option to consider gratuities. This is a huge gap in the functionality of the system for majority of our full service restaurant installs.
The formula usually goes as follows: Cash Sales - Credit Card Tips - Service Charges = Money Owed to the House.
As I said, this should be an OPTION.

Employees not able to see other employees charges
Employees logged in with their own log-in information can now see charges by other employees under the same MID #. Please either remove this functionality or allow a quick filter on the sales tab to only view their current sales. It gets very confusing when multiple employees are running charges simultaneously.

Remove the Requirement for App to use Clover Rewards
When it comes to the rewards application, it feels like it was built without ever asking a customer, business owner or really anyone what makes sense for user experience. The requirement to download an app in order to take part in your loyalty program immediately creates a high barrier of entry for a rewards program for the customer. As a business, we understand the importance to growth and revenue these programs can have but those stats don't matter if we can not acquire the member to start. People HATE apps. There have been numerous studies that show it. Add Mass Delete back into the 2022 Inventory Application release
Before the fall 2022 release, we could select (filter) batches of items and delete them as a group. In the new release, the filter may find all the items we want to delete, but the app forces you to select and delete each one individually. I manage over 48,000 line items. Without a feature similar to the prior version, I will be forced to just let the inventory grow.

Phone sale
Current “Phone Sale” application doesn’t have the ability to prompt a gratuity option. It would be great to see in order to prompt the employee to ask about gratuity as opposed to completing the transaction and no prompt is mentioned. Consequently, the employee cancels the transaction and restarts once a guest mentions gratuity. We currently say, “would you like to leave a tip for the team?”. Would love to see this prompt added to the phone sale application

tip view permission
take on consideration that at the moment of doing transactions the restrict the employees view of the amount of the tip (tablet entry). to have a permission for them to see it.

Orders App
Open Orders: Not allowing employee(s) to print any sort of Reporting, or to prevent them from clocking out, if there are any open tab/order under their name.
[If this is implemented, then I also suggest being able to transfer open orders from one employee to another; and then creating this feature under permissions in Employees App as well]1 vote -
Tables App (Version 1.0-1181)
The Tables App urgently needs updating to mke it compatible with the Station Pro. It states that is supported on the Station and Station (2018) but no mention of the Station Pro.
We deliberately upgraded to the Station Pro from the Clover Mini to get the larger screen but now have a retrograde experience as the Tables App is not supported. We do not need the Dining App as that is overkill for our needs.2 votes -
Log off
I just switched to the new mobile app. With the old mobile app after you finished the transaction you could log off. With the new one there is no log off function so it just stays active till it times out. Once it times out you have to go through the whole verification process again. Needless to say that's a real time consuming pain.

BOLD the authorization code on the APP
The newly updated Clover Go APP. PLEASE BOLD the authorization code on the receipt. The G1 Clove app had it bold. it was easier to see.
please also give back the ability to view user transacations they ran so they can go back and verify the receipt, re send the receipt, refund if needed....etc. right now they are flying blind. they dont' know if sale went through successfully or not and they can't grab the authorization code to write down on their ticket.

New Clover Go app took away the
The New Clover Go app we were forced to update to from the Clover G1 app we were on, is missing the ability for the user to see their transaction list for the day so they can write down the authorization code off the receipt. We don't want them to see the whole companies list of transactions that occured. Just the list they were use to on the G1 App where they could see their sales for the day.

Order App
The Orders App should always default to clear filters. We have issues with staff not realizing that there is already a filter in place when doing a search.

On-Line Menu - Need visible option to "Select one" CurbSide, Pick-up or Dine IN. Current design is too hard for customers to find.

Enable Clover Web Browser Functionality for Manager & Employee Level Staff
We are a tourist destination and would like the Clover Web functionality to be extended to Manager and Employee level staff. Currently it is only available to Administrators, yet the icon is able to show up on Manager and Employee terminals. It just doesn't launch. We get questions all the time about directions, phone numbers, etc and I don't want them on their phones. It would be optimal if they could use the Clover Web Application to do these tasks.

Orders App Update
Merchant wants the orders app to be restored to the default way that it was before the app was updated. Merchant stated that the older version was easier to use.
