Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  2. Currently digital gift cards cannot be ordered outside of normal online store operating hours, which does not make sense. Digital gift cards should be allowed 24 hours/day whether store is open or whether store is accepting online orders or not for regular physical items.

  3. Wants to be able to limit modifiers on rewards program. So that customers can only add limited toppings modifiers.

  5. I suggest that when a merchant is entering a phone number, to prevent duplicating the phone number in the system, or when entering a new customer with an existing phone number can be prevent it by the system as already exist.

  9. I would like to customize the text that is displayed on the customer facing mini to encourage people to join our reward program. Similar to what I can do with tipping, just for this.

  11. merchant would like when at the screen ask to get points when enter the phone number to automatically add points or deduct points instead of him having to select the customer

  12. We understand that their name does appear in the notes section of the order tab but often times, we need to use that area for notes and not the customer name.

  14. Merchant is wanting a feature from clover to have the capability to import customers from other POS systems. Merchant is also wanting to be able to look up customer using an ID instead of the name.

  16. One merchant called in looking for a way to filter his customers by transactions - if we could get a new filter added to the Transaction page this would allow merchants to track successful/unsuccessful payments per customer without having to check each individually

  17. Phone numbers are added to customer file with dashes but would like to search without having to enter the dashes. Basically have a pattern search auto insert dashes .... example: 4127891234 and have it show as 412-789-1234 and search for number with dashes for match.
