Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  2. I would like to customize the text that is displayed on the customer facing mini to encourage people to join our reward program. Similar to what I can do with tipping, just for this.

  4. merchant would like when at the screen ask to get points when enter the phone number to automatically add points or deduct points instead of him having to select the customer

  6. Merchant is wanting a feature from clover to have the capability to import customers from other POS systems. Merchant is also wanting to be able to look up customer using an ID instead of the name.

  7. One merchant called in looking for a way to filter his customers by transactions - if we could get a new filter added to the Transaction page this would allow merchants to track successful/unsuccessful payments per customer without having to check each individually

  9. When creating a new promo in Promos app, make selecting individual items (not just categories) possible. Merchant can only select individual items in the Clover merchant dashboard

  10. A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.

    ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.

  12. Being able to merge clients in the "customers app".

    i.e. Joe Schmoe has come 15 times, but his past purchases are not all under the same profile. He has multiple profiles. If I need to look up past orders, I have to scroll through each one. I know I can create a new order under that name, but the existing profiles of him wont account.

  13. The merchant would like to be able to search his customers by First and last name and as well by company name. Right now the only search options are phone numbers, email, first & last name. But we are unable to search by company name.

  14. There needs to options for which notifications Customers Receive. For example - if I need to remove all old active invoice from my recurring payment plans to change a transaction start date- I do not need my Customer to be notified. This has caused a lot of confusion for the customer and me. I have no way of knowing what all notifications Clover is sending to my Customers.

  15. Clover go needs to be able to input customer info: name, email, phone number, etc. This is super important for marketing and follow-up, and I can't believe you left this important function out.

  16. The Announcement functionality should allow many more characters and the ability to include graphics. We should be able to communicate to our customers however we choose.

  18. When a card is run with the same name as someone in the Customers app with notes, the note should appear in a popup in the Register. That way, for example, we can write "Always gets 10% off" or "Use house tab" or "Do not serve" and it will show up to more easily communicate with our staff.

  19. Merchant is using the payments service plan and is able to download and use the customer app, create, edit and save customer profiles. But when he processes transactions through VT and assigns a customer to the invoice, the email doesn't automatically populate.

  20. Merchant wants to have the ability to zero out their customers rewards point with a button, instead of manually adjusting the points. Also they want the capability to adjust all or multiple customers at once.
