Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  4. Merchants are looking for a streamlined way to sell e-gift cards. The functionality is in Gyft for big box retailers, would be awesome to extend it to SMB sized businesses using Clover.

  5. As a customer it is annoying to have to enter my email address with every transaction. Square is able to retain a customer's email address (presumably tied to credit card).

  9. Allow the option to pop-up comments so when ordering they will show on screen. For example, if you entered a comment/note that customer is to get a 10% discount when ordering, it would pop up and you would have to dismiss it to erase the pop up.

  11. Hi,
    We are seeing chargebacks from Clover online ordering and the reason has been 3D secure was not used. How do we prevent this from happening ? This happened more than once and we use clover online ordering platform and this is where the chargebacks are coming from. Both the times reason was "Visa 3D secure" was not used and we keep losing the disputes. If this continues we'll have to close our doors.
    Anyone from clover can help ? This is urgent.

  12. Currently digital gift cards cannot be ordered outside of normal online store operating hours, which does not make sense. Digital gift cards should be allowed 24 hours/day whether store is open or whether store is accepting online orders or not for regular physical items.

  20. merchant is using a clover flex and he creates orders through customers app when he open the order app he can see only the name for the customer and he would like to see the last name instead
