differentiate between applicable US help subjects vs help subjects applicable to other countries
I was told that clover.com/help is the only resource available, but that information is only applicable to US users, and some features aren't available to other countries. There is no way to tell on this site what is applicable to the US and what isn't - please adjust for global usage.

Ability to export customer transactions
Non-profit needs the ability to export each transaction by customer at the end of the year. If you add this feature, it will greatly expand Clover into non-profits.

Delivery Option and Customer Tracking
The Station Pro and Online Ordering are great... but we need to have store staff able to enter phone orders for DELIVERIES in the online order system ... not just pickup or curbside...

not duplicate the phone number
I suggest that when a merchant is entering a phone number, to prevent duplicating the phone number in the system, or when entering a new customer with an existing phone number can be prevent it by the system as already exist.

A boutique wishes to send promo's based on the anniversary date of a customer. Currently, the only date field is birthdate.

Add 'Repeat Order' option in Customers App
I suggest you add a 'Repeat Order' button that allows us to recreate a previous order, this would work great for frequent customers.

Add an app that pulls the information from a phone number when a customer is calling to the business

Merchant would like to be able to set up a tiered discount where the more the customer buys of an items the price goes down and also would like the customers to be able to put in their phone number on customer facing device to keep track of orders for customers instead of going through customers app.
