Only reward points for specific purchases/Exclude certain items from earning customer rewards
Currently rewards are all-inclusive. By allowing users to manage what items are eligible for rewards sellers can promote customers to purchase specific items and reward them for doing so. For example, a seller could make it so that their in-store brand is eligible for points to encourage sales over 3rd party brands.

Ability to export customer transactions
Non-profit needs the ability to export each transaction by customer at the end of the year. If you add this feature, it will greatly expand Clover into non-profits.

Customer name on receipt:
we are a non-profit organization. We need to show customer name on a receipt. Today, printed receipt shows customer name, but online receipt does NOT. We must show customer name one-receipt.

Add 'Repeat Order' option in Customers App
I suggest you add a 'Repeat Order' button that allows us to recreate a previous order, this would work great for frequent customers.

Merchant knows how to add to customer list for promotion opt-ins, but would like a way to schedule an automatic email to the list every time there is a promotion to the people who have opted in.

We need the ability to have access to the Rewards Escalation team!

not duplicate the phone number
I suggest that when a merchant is entering a phone number, to prevent duplicating the phone number in the system, or when entering a new customer with an existing phone number can be prevent it by the system as already exist.

make the customer name viewable on the "orders" tab on the clover flex
We understand that their name does appear in the notes section of the order tab but often times, we need to use that area for notes and not the customer name.

Customer information should notify for bad repeated customers.
Nowadays, we face many customers that are scamming or take advantage in many ways. Customers app should include information if we decide not to serve or warning for these return customers who keep complaining or do many tricks on us. When we add customer, this information will need to pop up!

Search phone number without dashes
Phone numbers are added to customer file with dashes but would like to search without having to enter the dashes. Basically have a pattern search auto insert dashes .... example: 4127891234 and have it show as 412-789-1234 and search for number with dashes for match.

User should be able to "sort" or "filter" customer list
