Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. Allow merchants the ability to text customers updates on their order that was placed thru the clover app or from the merchants website.

  2. The Announcement functionality should allow many more characters and the ability to include graphics. We should be able to communicate to our customers however we choose.

  3. Currently Promo notifications are only able to sent between 11am-7pm EST and any promos sent before or after that time will be delayed until the next time window. Would like to increase the window of time for Promo notifications to be sent. Example 7am-11pm.

  5. Merchant knows how to add to customer list for promotion opt-ins, but would like a way to schedule an automatic email to the list every time there is a promotion to the people who have opted in.

  7. When creating a new promo in Promos app, make selecting individual items (not just categories) possible. Merchant can only select individual items in the Clover merchant dashboard
