Item Stock Alerts
As a Clover merchant who manages item stock count with the Clover Inventory app I would like to receive stock alerts when item stock is low (or has run out) so that I am given advanced notice about low stock and I'm able to place orders with my vendors before I run out of that item.

Cash Deposit Report
The client does not pay out his employees tips in cash at the end of the day. Instead, he includes the tips are part of the servers paychecks to ensure proper tax report.
The Cash Deposit reports assumes the client will payout the credit card in tips and therefore reduce the total cash deposit.
For clients that do not pay out the tips in cash, this creates an accounting nightmare and leaves the individual stores open to errors (paying out tips when they should not) and fraud.

Setting to be able to delay an order printing to kitchen for X amount of time
As a fast food takeout restaurant customers will call in the morning or the day before to give in their order to be ready later that day, to do that there should be an option to set a specific time when the kitchen should automatically print the order.

The feedback option on help.clover.com should link to this uservoice web page for optimal feedback.
when you go to help.clover.com, the feedback doesn't work. If we had the feedback button link directly to this uservoice website, it would increase feedback submitted by other merchants.

Cash Log Report
Merchant wants to be able to see how much did he start the day and how much was left at the end of day to be able to take that money and deposit into the bank.

Offer the same export view as what appears on the Dashboard view
The view offered on the Dashboard is not the same once the report is exported to a .csv file. Merchant feedback is to offer the same info in the same general format for ease of reference.

Provide the Merchant with the option to choose batch times from Clover Dashboard
Currently, BC"s have to call into Clover Support to have an Auto-Batch time changed, we have received trainings on this and have to differentiate between when the Merchant Batches and when First Data Host closes the batch out. This also is related to which bank the merchant uses to have next day funding capability. Every time I have called in and very clearly explain what batch time they need in order to get next day funding and even include my Time Zone(Central) vs. Eastern- I still have it formatted incorrectly about 50% of the time. It would save us time…

When an order is combined with another order it has the Items coming up under Deleted Items in Reporting.

Add a CRM function for reporting top clients and client purchases
We need a report that will pull client data connected to sales so you can see who is our top client by sales or by category etc. This is a basic CRM report that is critical for retail
