Merchant called in about reporting not being able to show him hourly sales reporting for month instead of the day.

It would be helpful to see gross margin daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually. Important information to have to effectively manage a business.

Merchants would like to easily compare sales to different time frames i.e. this February 2019 to February 2018 or Wednesday of this week to Wednesday of last week. This month to last month etc.

I called in yesterday asking about this as well, but my support person didn't record my request correctly at all.
It would be VERY helpful for MOST merchants to be able to see this data averaged out over specified time period to be able to seasonal trends as well.
Clover already captures this data it should be pretty simple to program this function.
I downloaded the Dashboard Business Analytics third party App and it, at least, lets me see previous data, but still will not create a graph for averaged data over a specified time period.

PLEASE create this for us!

He wanted to be able to see the chart graph for ANY time period and not just for that day.

I’ve had a few merchants ask about the hourly net revenue report and it being available for previous days. Currently it will only show for current day sales on the home dashboard page. Most merchants know what their busy time is but always nice being able to see an actual report. Also if they could make it customizable to show the amount of orders/transactions done as well.

Merchant would like for the previous day net revenue info to be displayed with net revenue for today and this day last week
