    when you go to help.clover.com, the feedback doesn't work. If we had the feedback button link directly to this uservoice website, it would increase feedback submitted by other merchants.

    Since the Clover Help documentation was ill suited for staff training/documentation, I was forced to create some myself. However, there is no way to take a screenshot on the device itself. The Screen Capture app is incompatible w/ the Clover Mini.

  7. manually do software updates

    Doing a software update during the middle of the lunch or dinner hour can create disruptions to the pos.
    It would be nice to get a pop saying there are updates to download. Would you like to do them now or later?

    Updating the pos at the end of the night when your business is closed is better
