    Need level 2/3 processing on phone sales. Current customers have to go to CardPointe procession for phone sales which reduces the fees, but is a headache for reporting in two places.

    Please show in the transaction details on the portal as well if AVS was entered via phone sale

  5. Have Option to Require Zip Code and Street Address

    For a phone sale, we would like to have the option to require the zip code and street address. The rates come in so much cheaper when a user passes in these values.

    merchant would like to be prompted for tips on screen when using the phone sale application, in an effort to save time when processing phone sales/manually keyed transactions

  8. Warning message when Address and or Zip Mismatch on a Phone Order/Manual transaction.

    Merchants should get a warning when either the zip code or the address number does not match with the AVS service. This message should happen on any phone order or manual transaction prior to completing the sale. The merchant should then have the opportunity to either accept or decline the transaction (void) because of the possibility of fraud. As it is now in Clover, the merchant may not catch the fact the AVS failed especially since it does not print on the receipt.
