  1. Warning message when Address and or Zip Mismatch on a Phone Order/Manual transaction.

    Merchants should get a warning when either the zip code or the address number does not match with the AVS service. This message should happen on any phone order or manual transaction prior to completing the sale. The merchant should then have the opportunity to either accept or decline the transaction (void) because of the possibility of fraud. As it is now in Clover, the merchant may not catch the fact the AVS failed especially since it does not print on the receipt.   3. Have Option to Require Zip Code and Street Address

    For a phone sale, we would like to have the option to require the zip code and street address. The rates come in so much cheaper when a user passes in these values.

  6. URGENT - Add payment link to Text or emailed bill (just below QR code)

    Please add a payment link to the "Print Bill" (just below the QR code) receipt that can be sent via text or email to the client, so upon receiving a copy of their bill, they can direct their device (without scanning) to the payment screen (as if they have scanned a QR code).

    A QR code works only when the actual printer bill (paper) is delivered to the client. What happens when the printed bill is sent via email or text ?? the client will either need to print the receipt, so he can scan it, or use to devices…

  7. Level 2/3 processing

    Need level 2/3 processing on phone sales. Current customers have to go to CardPointe procession for phone sales which reduces the fees, but is a headache for reporting in two places.

  10. For saved Customers, Email after each payment

    We have a lot of saved recurring customers. I can no longer send them an email after we charge their card. We have to manually type it in every time. Before this last update, all we had to do was click send email to the customer because it was saved in our clover device.

    Now we have to ask over and over their email, or go to a different page, search customer's names and copy & paste or remember emails which are impossible. Very aggravating.

    For many customers this is inconvenient and they rather pay cash or check. So we…

  11. Add a way to track phone orders in Reports

    Phone orders are nontaxable in our city. Need a way to track these orders separately from other orders so that quarterly taxes are easier to do.
