    Ability for open order to show up in the customer's app. Also, Open orders should be display indefinitely until paid so we are able to remind clients o payment. For me it is imperative to be able to invoice clients and remind them of payment overdue. Open payments are very important.

  2. Copy Refund order

    Hello,
    Once the order is refund you can not reopen the order for payment. So can we have a function to copy closed or refunded orders to make it easier to processed these order so we do not need to manual recreate them.

  5. Enable the creation of a "New Order" on the Web Dashboard

    Enable a "Create New Order" function on the web dashboard. That will enable a salesperson to create a new/custom order & make edits/adjustments without the need for using Clover Station at the Point of Sale. That way, once the order is complete & ready for pick-up/payment, any associate can pull the Open Order up at the Point of Sale & collect payment at the time the customer picks up their order.

  7. Ability to sort Pre-Auth Tabs in Orders app

    Orders in the Orders app have be sorted by many different methods with the exception of the Note field which the card holder name is stored after a Pre-Auth. The ability to sort by first or last name while continuing to show only Open Orders/Tabs would allow the system to be a better fit for bars/breweries.

  8. Pick Up Date on Orders Option (for bakeries or catering)

    We have many bakeries using the Clover Station hardware/software.
    All of these bakeries are inputting orders that need to be picked up at a later date. Right now, they are putting the pick up date as a Note on the order.
    There is no way for them to pull a daily report that shows what items are scheduled to be picked up that day.
    It would be nice for bakeries to have a button or a calendar of some type that they can assign a pick up date and time to an order, and then pull a report of all…

    Order is keyed on Day 1 but is not paid for until Day 5, Merchant would like the dates to reflect the time the actual transaction was processed instead of the date when the order was initially keyed

  13. show partial paid orders over 90 - 100 days on clover device

    The devices are able to see open orders past 90 days but not partial paid orders. As of right now workaround to reprint partial paid order from dashboard is too time consuming. This is beneficial to bakers with wedding orders who deposit them sometimes more than 100 days out.

  18. Ability to edit Paid Orders

    Requesting to be able to adjust or edit Orders after they have been paid. Mistakes happen where the wrong tender or item could have been selected. For instances like that, Admins should be able to make corrections when necessary, regardless if the Order is Paid or not... especially while the customer is still present and the batch is open.
