  1. Ability to edit Paid Orders

    Requesting to be able to adjust or edit Orders after they have been paid. Mistakes happen where the wrong tender or item could have been selected. For instances like that, Admins should be able to make corrections when necessary, regardless if the Order is Paid or not... especially while the customer is still present and the batch is open.

  3. Ability to Void transactions

    Merchant wants to have the ability to void transactions if the transaction is not closed. Merchant wants to void hours after the transaction was taken to prevent refunding.

  6. View Open Orders from Web Dashboard

    The Web Dashboard does not have the ability to view Open Orders from the Orders tab. The drop down menu under All Order Types is blank, there are no selections for Open or Closed. The ability to sort the columns is also gone.

  8. Ability to partially refund in Orders app

    Merchant is requesting for a feature that allows them to make adjustments to an Order after it's been paid. After a customer pays for an Order and Discount is applied, if they want to return an Item or change their mind on couple of Items, there is no way to complete a partial refund for those items on the Orders app.

  11. Copy Refund order

    Hello,
    Once the order is refund you can not reopen the order for payment. So can we have a function to copy closed or refunded orders to make it easier to processed these order so we do not need to manual recreate them.

  12. Ability to delete an entire Order after being Fired

    The merchant wants to be able to delete an entire Order after the ticket has already been printed out or sent to the kitchen. The merchant does not want to remove or delete the items individually.

    when you make changes or void on any fired items, kitchen will need to get notified as well and you should able to destinate which order printer to receive this notifications, so our food runner or chef can make sure the modification or deleted item will not be made accordingly. The current system forces our employees to run or walk to the kitchen to notify this. Add note is not wise because it can be ignored and require many typing.

  15. modify payment on closed orders

    I have a very large merchant with 8 clovers and they are about to switch to micros for this exact reason. They are insanely busy, and many times a card is swiped for the wrong table. When this happens, they have to void the transaction.

    BUT - there is no feature to re-open the order and apply the correct payment card. Instead, they have to open a new table/order, re-enter all of the items, apply a note to the kitchen "do not make" (because you can't close an order that is not fired), swipe the card again to complete payment.…

  16. Enable the creation of a "New Order" on the Web Dashboard

    Enable a "Create New Order" function on the web dashboard. That will enable a salesperson to create a new/custom order & make edits/adjustments without the need for using Clover Station at the Point of Sale. That way, once the order is complete & ready for pick-up/payment, any associate can pull the Open Order up at the Point of Sale & collect payment at the time the customer picks up their order.

  20. Order numbers should be sequential from start of day until end of day

    Business can have 10 waiters and 5 order types. Waitress 1 enter order and it's order 1. Waitress 5 enters different order under different order type and it's order 2 and so on and so forth for all orders. No same order numbers because of order type or waitress entered etc. There should never be the same order number printing on ticket
