  1. Orders- Filter (Paid vs Unpaid)

    It would be nice to have an additional filter added to the Orders app (Status) so that you could quickly sort Paid vs Unpaid orders. This is something that can be pulled by exporting the data, however that elongates the process.

    Ability for open order to show up in the customer's app. Also, Open orders should be display indefinitely until paid so we are able to remind clients o payment. For me it is imperative to be able to invoice clients and remind them of payment overdue. Open payments are very important.

  3. Pick Up Date on Orders Option (for bakeries or catering)

    We have many bakeries using the Clover Station hardware/software.
    All of these bakeries are inputting orders that need to be picked up at a later date. Right now, they are putting the pick up date as a Note on the order.
    There is no way for them to pull a daily report that shows what items are scheduled to be picked up that day.
    It would be nice for bakeries to have a button or a calendar of some type that they can assign a pick up date and time to an order, and then pull a report of all…

  4. Orders App should only have current days orders showing for that day

    Monday morning start of day 0 orders should be in orders app. I've had several customers ask is there anyway they don't see previous days orders on the next day. Should be able to go to prev day, week, etc but just not show in current day orders.

  6. Order printer: Date/time stamped on order receipt should take less space!

    Currently, date/time stamp takes too much space and waste a lot of printer paper on kitchen printer. We should able to customize the font size in more levels. The date/time stamp's font should be smaller than customer name and food items' font.

  8. Orders App - Dates and Times

    Order is keyed on Day 1 but is not paid for until Day 5, Merchant would like the dates to reflect the time the actual transaction was processed instead of the date when the order was initially keyed

    merchant is using a clover flex and he creates orders through customers app when he open the order app he can see only the name for the customer and he would like to see the last name instead

  11. Print items based on Categories Order. Pizzas first, Wings second, Apps third etc

    need to have all pizzas ordered close together and apps all in the same area....
    beverages at end of order if that is where the category has been moved to. This way the order comes out in the order we have placed the categories ...

  15. Blank order with no menu item should not be created.

    Blank order should not be created if there is no order item in there. This way, we don't need to come back to delete all the blank orders. It is very common for one employee to open an order ticket and leave to do something else, next employee comes and close the ticket. Do something else or open a new ticket. The current system creates way too many blank tickets and we have to come back to close them.

    One suggestion I have that I think would make this system even better would be a way to prioritize the order of items on printed slips! In my kitchen I plan on using two printers one for just pizzas and calzones and one that prints everything else. A master slip if you will. Since pizza works independently it makes sense to give them a slip with just the pizzas and calzones. While the rest of the staff can see everything on their slip and can know when to start on items depending on where the slip is in the pizza…

  18. Allow merchants to delete all text on kitchen tickets that are not necessary for their operation

    In a busy kitchen, every detail matters and streamlining line flow is critical. There seems to be no way to delete all the extra text on our kitchen tickets, despite having no use for our operation. For example, there is no way to delete "Server: NAME", despite our operation not needing this information. Also, our tickets print the time the order was received, the time the order was printed, and the date/time in a separate location - all we need is the time!   19. Exchanges with more flexibility

    We use Clover for our retail business and would like more flexibility with exchanges. Many times, the exchange is not for an exact priced item. The work a round is time cumbersome - Issue an in-store credit, because sometimes the item can't be refunded. Create a new sale for the exchange for items and then pay via a split transaction of in-store credit and regular payment.

  20. Allow open orders to be added from desktop remotely.

    I sell many products from my remote location but can't add the orders to the Clover. Also ties up the Clover on large purchases when other customers are waiting.
