  3. Itemize merchant copy of payment receipt

    On the Station Pro, when the merchant copy of the receipt is printed for the customer to sign, it only shows the total of the bill. Previously the merchant copy of the receipt would be itemized to show the individual items that were order and the cost of each item. Is there anyway this can be brought back?

  4. reverse the update so users can see all credit card numbers

    In your recent update, end users can no longer see the entire credit card number we are entering via phone call. This is resulting in input errors and frustrating to both Clover users and customers. As we take 40% of our orders over the phone, it is important that we can see the data we are entering when a customer is giving us the information over the phone

  6. Kitchen Printer

    On the Kitchen Printer when it pulls out the ticket it should all read on the left side. Example (Bean Burrito) is on the left (with cheese) should also be on the left not on the right.

    Merchant wants to be able to create ghost tax on items that show the full price + tax to quote to customers. Merchant wants to be able to have this tax also tracked in reporting

  10. Allow users to use old version of register

    Recent changes were made to the format of Register. The Modifier Groups are now shown in tabs across the top and the user can scroll down to see Modifier Groups. The yellow warning triangles which would disappear when the Modifier Group requirements were met (i.e. when required items were selected) no longer disappear. The yellow triangle in the first modifier group in the scroll down will change to a check mark but the remaining modifier groups do not change to check marks and the tabs at the top do not change.   12. add items to order that has partial payment

    we do a lot of custom orders that require a deposit. then have customers come and add more stuff to the order and we can not add anything else to the order once a payment has been processed. we have to make an additional order for the same customer. then bill them out on multiple invoices. i need to add items after a partial payment has been received to eliminate the customer having to swipe his CC multiple times for different orders on the same job.

    "We have been using Clover for a few weeks and have been very pleased with it. When we converted from our old system, we carried over the prices from our old system. Each item had the “taxes included” in the price we charged.

    Our old point of sale used a system that allowed us to calculate the taxes we needed to pay to the state from the “total item price” which included the sales tax. (They called it “Tax Inclusive”.) For example, we set the price of an item at $10.00 (tax inclusive). Our report would show that…

  18. Tips on the Register App

    At this moment, if an employee uses the Register app, the tips go to the person who cash out the transaction. For example, Joe takes a phone order and hit "save" using the Register App. Then, Peter cash out that transaction. The tips goes to Peter instead of Joe. We need to fix this because a full service restaurant has a lot of take out orders. And the servers do not share the tips. Creating tables on Clover Dinning as a workaround won't work when there are lots of take-out orders. Opening Bar & More tab won't work either because…

  19. Organization of items via sales

    Client want's to request a feature where in the register application inside of each category the items are organized by how much item is sold. Example: Item A has been sold a total of 22 times, Item B has been sold a total of 16 times, Item C has been sold a total of 20 times, Item D has been sold a total 7 times.

    This way the order would be as follows of the items inside of each category inside of register: A,C.B & D or 22,20,16 & 7.

  20. Unable to charge pre-authorized cards on new Station Pro!

    I've used both a Clover Station and Mini in my original location for a year with no issues. However, upon setting up the new Station Pro in my new location, the CC pre-auth feature no longer allows a card to be charged without the card present. As a bar, this feature is extremely important as tabs are somewhat frequently not closed out. Please fix the issue ASAP!
