Still need this capability. This is standard in most pos systems. Please release this feature.
Please keep in mind, most owners may not be on site and hire managers or supervisor on site instead. So for owners to track if there is any thing wrong on their restaurant. All fired items should be recorded and with reason. Reasons can be precreated by owners first such as server mistake, customer not show up, customer change mind, too spicy, too salty, and etc. This way, owners can use this information to improve either their services, taste of food, or any customers who always have problem.

Merchants are requesting the ability to track removed items with descriptions of why the item is being removed/deleted. Merchants are complaining that the entire order is deleted if there is only 1 item on the order that is removed.

Is there was a way the clover device could get a button that asks for the reason why they are deleting an item from an order.
