  1. Request to remove Transaction Complete screen

    *Request: *Adjust check-out workflow so 'Receipt Prompt' screen
    appears right after 'Signature' screen. Currently, a 'Your Transaction is
    now Complete. Please hand device back to staff" screen appears between the
    two. This creates a bit of confusion as the full transaction is not
    complete at this step, a receipt type still needs to be selected. I spoke
    to Clover Support on the phone and they said there is currently no way to
    customize this, so I thought I'd write in with the request. A few details
    are below.

    Current Workflow:
    Staff selects payment amount
    Hands device to client
    Client processes…

  2. Prompt for cash drawer to close after completed transaction

    Merchant would like for the Clover to have a prompt to close the cash drawer prior to creating a new order. She feels that this will ensure that the Cash Drawer is closed and cannot be accessed by the employees at any time other than when a cash payment is made.

  3. Adding customer information in "Delivery" order type with included delivery fee

    Merchant is requesting to have an option to add the customer information whenever they select the "delivery" order type on the register app, and they want to be able to add a delivery fee as a fixed amount instead of only having the option to add a percentage as a service charge.

  5. I need button called "Reduce item"

    incase wrong touched the item. I have to click on the unit. then click delete it. that take 2 steps. and when I want void the bill, I have to click on each unit and delete them x2 time slow.
    So, Please make an button "Reduce item". when I click it. it'll auto delete the recently item.

  6. Can't place order offline mode?

    Please allowed owner/manager could place order incase the clover cant connect to the internet (offline mode). System auto resume sync whenever reconnect
    Sometime wifi bug. And I can't place order.

  8. Permission to edit item for non-printed items

    The current permission only asks for manager passcode if employee will delete the item, but merchant says there should be a permission for "edit items without override" for non-printed items or "reduce item quantity" on the Register app.

  10. Future Orders function for the Register app

    Develop a Future Orders function for the Register app with a calendar function for pick up at a later date. Orders may be paid in full, partial paid, or pay later. This is for restaurants that also do catering or orders in advance. Needs to run a daily report of orders to be fulfilled, so food prep planning and staff resource planning can occur.

  12. Option for Order to Fire when customer pays

    Clover currently has the option to fire when hitting Save or Pay. Customers are requesting the ability to have the option to have the Clover Fire when the Order is paid. Currently there is an option that allows for Orders to Print when the order is paid, but this requires the merchant to select a printer, and it sends all items rather than just the items selected by the Label.

  13. Bugs with new Pre-Auth Function

    1. Most importantly, inventory tracking no longer works with anything purchased during a pre-auth transaction. This breaks all inventory tracking and is a major issue for us.
    2. When pre-authorizing a card, occasionally the name pulled in from the card is incorrect -- like completely somebody else's name. It happens sporadically, without any clear reason as to why.
    3. Tip logging: before the pre-auth feature, receipts could be collected in the order they processed payment, and tips could be entered in that same order. Now, the order the tip logging shows is based on the chronological order the pre-auth was created. This causes…

  14. Ability to remove tax from items at time of sale

    Allow tax to be removed by inventory item (not just custom items). Bakeries may have to tax or not the same inventory item depending on quantity sold.
