Merchant would like to be able to split a single tip between employees, would like to customize the amount as well, in some cases one employee may be tipped more than the other

currently suggested tip % amounts are calculated based on the total after applied discounts. It should be calculated based on order total BEFORE any discounts. It would be useful to have a toggle switch to control whether a business wants to have it based on total BEFORE or AFTER discounts.

If one employee closes out an order for another employee, the tip transfers over to the new employee. That shouldn't happen unless the order is physically transferred from one to the other.

Merchant wants the tip to go to the server not the cashier. Only way tip will go to the server is through the tables app.Would like for tip to go to the server no matter what.

Allow managers to assign tables to a server/employee in Clover Dining. In conjunction, provide the ability to cash out a server/employee and assign the tip to the original server.

If tips or a sale is assigned or credited to the wrong employee by accident, merchant wants to be able to edit or credit the sale/tip to the correct employee .
Merchant is suggesting that owner/admins should have a feature or setting that enables them to make corrections to simple mistakes like this.

Restaurants would like an option to be able to be able to leave gift card remainder as a tip to the server. This is a common occurence when only a few dollars is left on a card, the customer typically suggests to the restaurant to keep the card and simply use it the balance to tip in addition to any other gratuity left.

The tips app provides information that some customers would like to be able to print a hard copy for end of day settlement.

Change the tips section to pop up after the card has been run and before the signature.

Or at least give the option to change the order.

People are trained to hand their cards to the person behind the register and if its a card that swipes I have to just awkardly hold on to their card until they figure out the tip page.

It's not intuitive the way its currently set up

We must have another grat button!! I can't charge 18% on to go orders! We need more grat buttons!! In my world of F&B 18% is standard, but parties of 20 or more we charge 20% and for to go's we charge 10 %!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!! at least give us at least 1 more button! I have 3 restaurants and use clover in all and it's killing us!!!!!

Merchant would like to request enhancement for reporting filter that will allow the merchant to know how mush $ in tips are to be owed to the employee at the end of the day.

I process for a growing franchise called Outer Banks Boil Company. We need the ability to INTEGRATE into a WIX website where a customer has the option to "purchase" an item with the option to pay in-store, and leave a tip online. This new integration with WIX should allow complete branding including customization with logos etc, ability to purchase online and the order is received and printed in-store by a Clover POS.

merchants are complaining that now everytime they process a mastercard on their clover mini or flex the mastercard logo comes out on their screen and then a yellow checkmark appears and then a sound to approve the mastercard. this is delaying the process by 10 seconds its so frustrating as they are use to having a transaction get approved in less than 2 seconds, PLEASE REMOVE this new branding animation feature !!!

Would like to have an option to not view all tips in the tips app and only the tips for the current day

Can we add functionality where we can cashout multiple time per day but batch out once? Also to have the cashout app reset cash mid-day, and record tips during shifts?

When a customer pays with a gift card, there is no way for a customer to leave a tip. Even if there are still funds on the card, if the customer does not have cash, then the server does not get tipped.

Currently you can only offer tip suggestions as a percentage, but as a coffee shop dollar amounts make more sense. People typically tip $1.00 -$5.00 per drink and with the percentage tipping option it doesn't even come close. It cuts baristas short by doing percentage suggestions even when upping percentages, and takes away the convienence option for customers when they have to exclusively custom tip. Giving us the option of percentage or dollar and letting us set our own tip options would be amazing. Thanks.
