merchants are complaining that now everytime they process a mastercard on their clover mini or flex the mastercard logo comes out on their screen and then a yellow checkmark appears and then a sound to approve the mastercard. this is delaying the process by 10 seconds its so frustrating as they are use to having a transaction get approved in less than 2 seconds, PLEASE REMOVE this new branding animation feature !!!

Merchant needs the clover go to send employees carbon copy receipts of there transactions only.

Clover orders taken over the phone do not allow for a tip line.

I am the business owner for over 15 clover accounts as I work in corporate accounting/finance and the notifications go to me and not any hospital staff when a client makes a payment using the payment link. This makes no sense and the payment notification doesn't tell me which merchant account it was for. Our hospitals need to know when a client pays them. Often "business Owners" are not the receiption staff who actually enter and apply payments.

In Virtual Terminal automatically email receipt to customer after completing payment.

After a recent update the Transactions app wont remember the position on the list after a payment is clicked.

Merchant will scroll down to reprint a few receipts from a previous day. Merchant will reprint one of the receipts but when going back to the list it will take her back to the top. She will have to scroll down again to the desired day to reprint the next receipt.

We have a diner and use clover. Most guests check out on the way out at the host station, and they tip on the terminal.
Sometimes guests want to pay with credit card at the table but when we drop the printed credit card authorization slip we have to draw in the tip line because Clover makes you choose only one option to tip either on the terminal OR on the printed receipt. It would be great to be able to have both options. Thanks!

Change the number of receipt copies that auto print from the terminal and be able to add "customer copy/merchant copy" to respective copies should merchant have configs set to 2 automatic print outs. Currently clover only auto prints 1 copy.

Due to increased chargebacks, we have been advised to work with Clover technology to integrate with companies like Cardinal Commerce. Unfortunately, Clover does not have any security features to assist the businesses to prevent fraudulent transactions.
