  1. YOU MUSTTTTTTTTTT ADD ANOTHER GRAT BUTTON!! i CAN'T CHARGE 18% ON TO GO ORDERS I NEED ANOTHER GRAT BUTTON!! PLEASE !!!!

    We must have another grat button!! I can't charge 18% on to go orders! We need more grat buttons!! In my world of F&B 18% is standard, but parties of 20 or more we charge 20% and for to go's we charge 10 %!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!! at least give us at least 1 more button! I have 2 restaurants and use clover in all and it's killing us!!!!!

  2. Clover Dining

    I want to suggest add the print order and resend option in the clover dining. Like those in the “Table” app. Right now I only can print bill or resend to the kitchen. Cause I am a sushi restaurant, so I have two printer not just one. It is very inconvenient that I have to get out the app and then reprint the order ticket from the “Order” app.

  3. Repeat Round Button in Clover Dining

    Hit Repeat Round Button in Clover Dining, select Printed Drinks, and all the same modifiers, under multiple guests, Pop up stop screen, are you sure you want to repeat? Done. Adds to respective guests. This could also be used for All You Can Eat nights. Bottomless Sides, etc.

  4. Naming a Bar-Tab

    There needs to be a quick button for naming a bar tab. Using the notes function isn't an efficient use of time and time is money when you're trying to knock back a line of thirsty customers. Please Fix.

  6. Unable to charge pre-authorized cards on new Station Pro!

    I've used both a Clover Station and Mini in my original location for a year with no issues. However, upon setting up the new Station Pro in my new location, the CC pre-auth feature no longer allows a card to be charged without the card present. As a bar, this feature is extremely important as tabs are somewhat frequently not closed out. Please fix the issue ASAP!

    The option had been taken away for us to pre authorize a card to attach it to a tab. The manual process of searching or adding a new name is too long in a fast pace setting

    I am a Canadian Merchant and I have several clients who have asked about having the Bar Tab Auths application made available in Canada.

    They would like the app to include an auto close out in case the client leaves without closing off their tab (forgets to close tab / skips out).

  12. Allow guest seating without having to add an order

    We currently have a host that seats guests, with waiters/waitresses coming afterwards to take orders. We would like to have the option in Clover Dining to show that the guests are seated without having to take an order. If you select a table for seating, and add/remove/leave default the number of guests that are seated there, and if you go back to the floor plan screen, it releases the table. This is very confusing for everyone when there are guests seated that don't have any orders yet, and they do no show up on the floor plan, only as empty…

  13. Better way to attached a credit card to a guest for bar tabs etc.

    Our biggest setback with bars/restaurant's with reception venues is the ability to keep good bar tabs. Competitive POS systems allow for a quick scan of the credit card to open and create the tab and then run the total at the end of the night in the event the customer is a flight risk to leave out on their tab. How can we make this better for those businesses?

  14. Guest tracking quatity in Clover Dining

    Merchant will like to have an option to track the quantity
    of people that comes to the business trough the Clover Dining app
    (this cannot be track with the total of sales in the day because not all guest pay,
    sometime only one of the guest is who completes the payment and the merchant will like to
    have the option to track the total of customers who visit the business everyday).

  16. Provide account managers with training to deliver a demo of Clover Dining Station before customers can sign a contract.

    It's a waste of time for both Clover and the customer if a customer has to return a system or cancel their contract because the system didn't function as the customer had thought it would. Our account manager was unable to provide us with a demo and we were referred to an onboarding specialist (a post-sales process team member) rather than to an individual that could provide a demo of Clover Dining Station.

    Due to increased chargebacks, we have been advised to work with Clover technology to integrate with companies like Cardinal Commerce. Unfortunately, Clover does not have any security features to assist the businesses to prevent fraudulent transactions.

  20. Order at Table-Pay At End of Visit

    The Order at Table QR Codes in Clover Dining are fantastic. The next level would be if a customer could place their order (for dine-in) from a specific table and not have to pay right away. It would open an order in Clover dining for that table (so the server could print a check if asked). Then the customer could scan that table QR Code again to add more items to the open order, and then scan again at the end of the visit to choose to pay for the whole order.
