Void a refund

Merchant accidentally refunded a transaction, instead of reprocessing the transaction, merchant would like an option to void the refund that was done incorrectly.

    This is very important. Have had multiple merchants accidentally type in a refund amount that was larger than what they meant to type....for example instead of a $100 refund they accidentally typed $1000 refund. But Clover won't let you void the refund and then rerun the correct amount. It causes all kinds of problems with the merchant, the customer, and the risk department at the processor. Wish Clover (owned by First Data) would allow voids to refunds just liked the FIRST DATA FD130 terminals can do.

    ability to void out a refund transaction instead of having to reprocess as a sale completely

    Merchant is requesting a option to "void a refund" on device. He needs to stop refunds even though they have been processed
