Include Price of transaction on Signature Screen
Merchant is requesting for the price of the transaction to be included on the Signature Screen. Stated they have had several customers who've expressed being uncomfortable signing and not be able to make that final confirmation of the amount.

Rounding off cash transactions
Cash transactions don’t round up to the nearest cent. Ex. $19.97, when paid in cash should appear as $20.00.

QR code linked to item
I love the QR ecommerce feature under payment links. The problem I have, is that I can't connect the QR code to a certain item in inventory. So when I run a report, the QR code item sold shows as "uncategorized". Could you please add a way to connect an inventory item to the QR code payment link function?

Keep tab open after partial payment
In the Clover Dining app, allow a partial payment to be applied to a tab and leave the tab open for more orders and have balance paid later.
Use Case:
A group has a tab open. One person from the group has to go and wants to pay either for specific items or a specific amount towards that tab before leaving. The rest of the group is staying and will continue to order drinks and food.
Currently, if a payment is applied, you can no longer add items to a tab.

Add POS Payment Feature
Currently when accepting EBT (Food Stamps), customers are only legally allowed to purchase food items using this method of payment.
When ringing up their purchases and selecting EBT/Food, the POS system is currently allowing ALL items to be purchased on EBT instead of just the allowed, non-taxable food.
Other POS systems at most stores have the ability to differentiate among approved food items and non-approved other items within a single transaction.
Customer support says we need to ring up food as a separate transaction or manually total the food items up and do a manual split payment for the food…

EBT Manual entry only allows up to 16 digits, but most states EBT card have more than 16
When will you update your system that all states EBT card should allow manual entry?

Credit card processing fee
a flat fee for processing should be automatically added to all credit card transactions and not cash transaction. Clover can even prompt user that a fee will be assessed

Thank you for your suggestion, but surcharging for a flat fee does not align with our current priorities. However, merchants can currently use our Credit US Surcharging to assess a 3.5% fee.

CVV prompt should be after Expiration date prompt for manual transactions
When doing a manual transaction, please make the CVV prompt come after the expiration date prompt.

Order at Table-Pay At End of Visit
The Order at Table QR Codes in Clover Dining are fantastic. The next level would be if a customer could place their order (for dine-in) from a specific table and not have to pay right away. It would open an order in Clover dining for that table (so the server could print a check if asked). Then the customer could scan that table QR Code again to add more items to the open order, and then scan again at the end of the visit to choose to pay for the whole order. Expired Authorizations
Expired Authorizations should be moved to a separate list so when I view my Authorizations, only active ones are listed together. And I agree with the other recommendation that there be a notification when an authorization is about to expire.

ability to split guest check with Gift card
- Split a guest check w/ multi payment> Guest 1 checking out early paying by Gift Card and cash or CC. If you use the GC it take the amount of the entire bill not guest 1. Please allow it to take off funds for guest 1.
- Have the payment options per guest available. Discount, split pay, etc.
- Once guest 1 checks out ability to add to other guest order.

Add EBT Cash to the main Clover Device
The Clover Flex and smaller Clover Units have the ability to accept EBT Cash, however the main unit does not have that ability. It would be nice if it would allow for EBT.

Show Split Amount When Screen Is Flipped
called in about the split payment feature on the Station 2. He said he's able to split the payment into 2 but when he flips the screen it still shows the WHOLE amount even though they confirmed it charged them the correct split amount... customers often callback in thinking they were charged MORE than the split amount which is incorrect.
