Adding a custom order type for Online ordering!
Online ordering with clover only has the options for Pick-up, Curbside Pickup, Delivery and Dine in. A custom order type would be amazing so we can customize an order type the way we can do it for the clover stations! For example having a Sitting at Woodrow’s order type.

Clover app should allow ordering ahead like web browser
Clover app says there is an option to order ahead, but it will not allow ordering ahead outside of hours of operation, which is the whole point of ordering ahead to schedule order for pickup during open hours. However, accessing the online store through a web browser does have the appropriate/expected functionality at all times allowing scheduling of orders for future days/times. This is very confusing to my customers losing functionality when using the app vs. the web browser. The app needs to allow the same functionality for ordering ahead that is offered in the browser.

Editing COLO transactions
When an online order comes in with a note that says "extra bacon" instead of being added as a modifier that adds price in the transaction, merchants would like to have the option of editing or adding (items, modifiers) to the same transaction, in order to obtain and charge the real price.

Gift cards should be applicable for online orders
Currently gift cards can only be used in person. There is no option to use digital gift cards online. We are curbside only right now so customers cannot use gift cards. Customers should be able to input digital gift cards online.

Allow Customers to Opt In to Marketing on COLO Checkout
The system should allow customers who order through someones COLO site to Opt In to marketing from the merchant. This should add that information to the Customers app on Clover.

Quickly 86 an item from online ordering via Clover DEVICE *not* just computer
Picture this: it's a busy rush. Chef says we are out of GUACAMOLE don't sell anymore! So I have to leave the cash and:
-go to the office
-open a browser
-go to clover.com
-sign in
-click on account & setup
-click online ordering
-click online menu
-de-select GUACAMOLE
And then I need to head back up to the cash where I've been absent for 2-4minsThis cannot be the way!
Can we please get an option on the device to do this?

Online Order PING
When an online order comes in ..... the clover device should PING loudly and have a pop up come saying "Order Arrived"
We expect our staff to do other tasks during their down time so they aren't always right beside the clover unit to see the order print off.9 votes -
Change big green Clover banner - it's too big, and too green
The focus of a customer's online ordering page shouldn't be Clover's own branding and color scheme (imo). The Top banner has CLOVER with a giant GREEN banner. Green is NOT a good color for restaurants, and again, the focus should be on the customer brand/logo and the Clover name should have a reduced profile. It's about the customer. Make the BG color white, the Clover text black/neutral. This is small change but I think it's emotionally impactful for new merchants who see this page for the first time. The look, feel, and emotional resonance of our OLO, is falling short…
