Marketplace Tax for Online Ordering Partners
In several states, Online merchants such as Doordash, Ubereats, and Grubhub, have to collect tax and pay it directly to the state, without that tax collected going to the restaurant.
Right now, under the current iteration of the integrations with Doordash, Grubhub, and Ubereats, the taxes on those orders are bundled with the default sales tax set for the restaurant. This makes it difficult to differentiate what revenue and what tax is from Online Partners and which one is from the restaurant or direct-online-ordering with the restaurant.
The Clover Help file on "Track Taxes on Sales" (https://www.clover.com/en-US/help/track-taxes-on-sales) mentions:

Refunding Online Orders Should Closeout Order Not Enter Pending Status
When refunding online order through a device it puts the order status to "Pending"/"Open". After refunding online order this should enter a close status. Only way for merchants to correct is to go through Dashboard and "Delete" order as they cannot delete from device.

Clover Online Ordering to support location selection.
I have franchise restaurants with multiple locations. With Clover Online ordering, it doesn't support location selections. Also Clover banner should be removed from online ordering. Just like Square, they have paid version vs free version, with paid version banner is removed. Clover need to implement these features for Franchise business.

Online Ordering Categories Layout
There is no way currently for a merchant using Clover Online Ordering to change the order that the menu categories show in. It would be great to be able to drag and drop these to change the "Layout" in the Online Ordering setting pages... just like it can be done within the inventory app for the category layout shown on the Register/Clover Dining screen.

Order Cut off time
Please add a feature for customers to pre-order by a specific time that is more than 90 minutes. We require pre-orders a day in advance (due to production time). So a feature saying customers MUST order by a certain time/date would be required for us to utilize online ordering. And, having a requested pick-up time option would also be great.

Online Ordering: Ability to turn off "+ Special Instructions"
Online Ordering: Ability to turn off "+ Special Instructions". Currently we must allow customers to add special instructions to each item they order. Customers consistently place charge items in the field such as "Add Cheese" or "Add Grilled Onions". We need to be able to disable this action if we want to.

Holiday hours - pre-set in advance
Clover Online Ordering should have the ability to schedule business closure dates on future dates for Holidays, etc. This would help prevent merchants from forgetting to turn off online ordering and having orders come in while the business is closed for holidays.

COLO: Notification should have a ringtone to be notified
We should get a ringtone when a COLO order comes up, that way in case we're not nearby the device, we can see when an Online Order is processed.

Alerts and Auto printed receipts for Online Order integration with Uber Eats
Currently when we get an online order from the UberEats/GrubHub integrations with the POS, it doesn't make any sound or auto print a receipt at the front register. We have no way of knowing when we receive a delivery order.

Required selections for certain items
We have items that are specific to one size of sandwich that we offer, however, people can choose something other than what is required/allowed. For example, any sandwich can be made into a salad or a wrap but only the regular size sandwich. People right now can choose small or large even though they should only be selecting regular. This also happens with gluten free bread choices when it should only be regular or large and people select small but pay for regular or large gluten free bread.

Add 15 minute increments
Instead of having only 30 minute increments for online ordering to be available, shorten it to 15 minutes. In order to allow people to order for when we open, they can actually order up to 15 minutes before we open and we also lose out on orders at the end of the night as we stop taking online orders 30 minutes before close.

Add an option for a separate online ordering price
It would be helpful to have a separate pricing option for the COLO platform so that the cost of to go supplies can be passed onto our online ordering customers and not our dine in customers. This is especially helpful now that the cost of to go supplies are in short supply due to COVID.

Clover App Online Ordering Store Name
Hi, when you setup online ordering and you have a multi-location store the Clover App uses the multi-location name for all your stores. I think it makes more sense to use the location-level store name. For example, my multi-location store name is "Gateway Subs - Umbrella" and my locations are named "Gateway Subs - Location". On the clover app, all the locations are showing up as "Gateway Subs - Umbrella". This doesn't make sense from a user perspective.

Variant Options for Delivery Services
Hi, I recently setup the online ordering integration with UberEATS and DoorDash. I noticed that item variants are displayed differently than I expect. For example, I have a sandwich that has variant for size (half, whole). When this item is displayed on the ordering services, it shows up as two items like this: "Item name - variant". I think it'd make more sense for the item to be displayed only once and the variant as a sub selection.
I know I could add it as a modifier instead of variant, but this won't work for me because the item modifiers…

Google maps or Apple maps integration
When you're taking an address for a delivery order. And you would have to enter everything like zip code, states, city, etc... You should add google maps or Apple maps in the system where once you start typing the address, it starts to show up then once you click the address you want, then it applies the address, city, states, zip code without typing the whole address.
