Kitchen Printer Void Receipts
As a Clover merchant in the restaurant industry who uses a kitchen printer or kitchen display to send orders to a remote kitchen I need the ability to send a void receipt to the kitchen printer/display whenever an item which was previously printed is removed from an order so that my employees don't have to run back to the kitchen and tell them not to fire an item every time something is removed from an order.
I was unpleasantly surprised that Clover lacked this important restaurant function. I have inquired with Clover support several times about when this feature should be coming. We have had Clover for a little two years now and nothing has been done. My chefs are exasperated about it. I think this is critical and need to move to a higher priority than it has been placed.
How is this not a default feature? I feel like Clover hasn't done enough research on the restaurant point of sales market. Even legacy POS such as Dinerware and Aldelo all have these features baked within their system...

I have had my clover devices for 2 days and I would be entirely smitten if it were not for this glaring issue... Clover has completely dropped the ball in regards to your printer options.
1. There is no way to print orders to the printer at a second Clover Station. I have no way to notify my bar as to the drinks my wait staff tables need to be made.
2. The kitchen should be sent a void receipt any time one of my servers deletes a previously printed item. If youre company doesnt understand this and why its important, then stop presenting yourself as a full table service capable provider. Ive got no idea how Im supposed to explain this to my kitchen staff tomorrow, they will think its a joke.
Option for void receipts to print automatically for voided transactions.
