ONLINE ORDERING TIME FRAMES
Can you please allow us to set online service hours for any time, i.e. 11:59 pm, since the system will not accept 12:00am or beyond because it is on a different day. It would be convenient to be able to change the day, i.e. operating from Wednesday 9:00 pm to Thursday 1:30 am.

Add an option for a separate online ordering price
It would be helpful to have a separate pricing option for the COLO platform so that the cost of to go supplies can be passed onto our online ordering customers and not our dine in customers. This is especially helpful now that the cost of to go supplies are in short supply due to COVID.

Inventory Control
Merchant requests an inventory control feature for COLO so when they are out of a particular item it automatically stops letting people order it, so there is no overlap from the time they sell out to the time they uncheck it as current offering.

When an online order fails to print, send a text message or alert to another email
Currently, the owner email receives notification when an online order fails to print; however, this isn't always the most effective communication option. Please add text notifications and/or a carbon copy to be sent to additional users/emails

Online delivery option for businesses who already pay and provide delivery drivers.
Why don't you offer an online delivery option for businesses that already have a delivery provider that they pay? For example, pizza shops? We pay to have delivery drivers and we can't use to clover option for deliveries. Plus, the $6.99 fee that doordash or other 3rd parties charge seems VERY pricey. Customers in this town won't pay that when they can just call the restaurant themselves and only be charged $3 for delivery..
My customers love the clover app because they can accumulate points. I don't want to offer online ordering through another third party app because that's obnoxious.…

Online Order PING
When an online order comes in ..... the clover device should PING loudly and have a pop up come saying "Order Arrived"
We expect our staff to do other tasks during their down time so they aren't always right beside the clover unit to see the order print off.9 votes -

Specify items availability for online ordering
Every item in Inventory should have a simple checkbox to specify whether it is available for online ordering or not. Not all items in inventory are necessarily available for online ordering so there should be an option to include or exclude them from the online menu.

Have COLO set a minimum dollar amount for COLO orders
Merchant would like the ability to set a minimum dollar amount for COLO. This is due to certain items being $1.00, which can be easily abused and unprofitable when considering processing fees.

The Station Pro and Online Ordering are great... but we need to have store staff able to enter phone orders for DELIVERIES in the online order system ... not just pickup or curbside...

Step 1: Choose your meal and order Pickup or Curbside option
Step 2: In the ”Special Instructions’,’ provide the make, model and color of the vehicle
Step 3: Park in the parking lot and for those who opt-in, staff will bring the order to the car upon arrival without any action needed. Those who don’t opt-in to the service just need to tap ”I’m here” in the app or order confirmation email upon arrival.8 votes -

Restaurants that have their own delivery staff don't have the option for online ordering to do it themselves...its forcing them to use doordash. Thanks

For online orders, enable pay at the store. In recent days, many of our merchants facing a lot of chargeback issues. money deduction from the bank. If we enabled the pay at store option, client will handle the payments directly. they have strong docs to submit if any disputes are raised.
