In the clover Online Ordering System below Options are not there and I think they will help
1. Search Bar - To check the Menu Item.
2. Pay @ Store - If the customers wanted to pay @ Store.
3. Pay by Cash @ Store - If the customers wanted to pay by Cash @ Store.Pls check the above options which will help customers to a great extent.

Clover app should allow ordering ahead like web browser
Clover app says there is an option to order ahead, but it will not allow ordering ahead outside of hours of operation, which is the whole point of ordering ahead to schedule order for pickup during open hours. However, accessing the online store through a web browser does have the appropriate/expected functionality at all times allowing scheduling of orders for future days/times. This is very confusing to my customers losing functionality when using the app vs. the web browser. The app needs to allow the same functionality for ordering ahead that is offered in the browser.

Merchant would like to be able to customize her clover online ordering message to her clients. She wants to be able to let the clients know when their order will be ready.

My customers would like to be able to select delivery from the app. Right now you only have delivery option from the webpage

Add Pickup at Drive Thru Window as an Order Type option
There should be an “Order Type” option for online orders to “Pickup at Drive Thru Window”. Customers ordering for pickup at the window are confused with the limited options because they don’t want “in-store” or “curb-side” pickup which are the only options available now.

item image size
I LOVE that we have the ability to attach images of items to clover inventory for online ordering now... however the minimum size requirement for the images is set to 1600 x 1200 pixels which seems way too large for a minimum requirement. I'm assuming this was a mistake and just wanted to point it out for adjustment.

Does clover have scheduled pick up for online orders? How to configure time for a scheduled pick up order to reach clover device?
As a 3rd party developer, I want to control the time and date when a scheduled order reaches as a notification to the clover device and manage printing the order receipt to the kitchen at a given time so that the scheduled order is served

Shutting OFF & Delaying Clover Online Ordering is no longer available from the Devices.
What happened? Shutting off Online Ordering from a Clover device went away with no notification. Now it has to be done from the dashboard.
Not all Business owners are onsite and most don't want their staff to have access to the dashboard. This ability needs to be returned to the setup app.
When important changes are made without notification to the Sales Team it impacts our credibility and is down right disrespectfull to the BC.2 votes -
Add Order Numbers to COLO for pickup
Adding order numbers to COLO would make it easier for customers to pick up their orders rather than searching by name.

COLO - Operational Hours
COLO - merchant operates from 11:30pm to 3:30am, COLO doesnt allow the merchant to set the end time for 3:30am, a message appears saying
"End time cannot be earlier than start time", can something be implemented where merchants have total control of the operational hours at this time changing the hours for the time frame could be the a workaround but that creating an extra tasks for the merchant at the end of the day2 votes -

Client would like to be able to have the option to modify a separate Order receipt for online ordering. E.G: would be to be able to remove stuff like the customers email on the Colo receipt and only keep the necessary stuff to make the order like the name of the customer and where it's going to be sent, and maybe the phone # of the customer they would also like to make the receipt smaller only for online orders, they would also like to make only the date smaller on the receipt to save paper

notify customer when order is ready
Hi, we are using clover online ordering app. Right now, there is not any functionality where we can click once order is ready to notify customer. You guys are already using similar kind of functionality to text customer receipt. Just put another button where it should say your order is ready. Thanks.

Refunding Online Orders Should Closeout Order Not Enter Pending Status
When refunding online order through a device it puts the order status to "Pending"/"Open". After refunding online order this should enter a close status. Only way for merchants to correct is to go through Dashboard and "Delete" order as they cannot delete from device.
