There is a 1 email limitation when emailing receipts. The steps to email to add'l addresses is inefficient..
The ability to email multiple addresses, separated by a comma or semi-colon, should be available directly from the charge processing screen. Currently, you can only email to 1 addresses then must go to transactions, after you submit the payment, open the transaction and send duplicate receipt, also, 1 address at a time.

Make the Clock-In Prompt Undismissable
Please make it so employees cannot get passed the lock-screen without clocking in by making the clock-in prompt undismissable. Meaning, when you hit cancel instead of clock-in, you are brought back to the lock screen. This will prevent employees from accidentally processing transactions without being clocked in.

Expirey Date Tab
Hello,
I wanted to know if you can add a expiry option where products are added. I have a retail store For A Dollar Plus in Lititz Pennsylvania, and have over 5,000 items, and probably 2,500 or more have an expirey date. If it was an option then I can view products expirey dates in Inventory Report. Currently, I have to check products manually.
I would really appreciate it if this can be added to Clover.

Accounting sync improvements
This new accounting sync is a great idea but in the setup in sale-accountant section it needs to either have the option to customize the categories according to what you have or than it should automatically list them according to your categories that are setup in your clover device.

3rd party deliveries on phone orders versus online orders
I currently have my online delivery orders getting assigned to a doordash driver through the DoorDash Drive setup. I would like for my instore delivery orders to be routed to doordash for a delivery driver to be assigned, just like my online orders.
Perhaps a field for selecting delivery time so that orders aren't made too far in advance.

Do Not Allow Transactions to be Processed without Credential Being Clocked In in Shifts App
As a restaurant operator I find it absolutely horrifying and an immense oversight that my employees can process transactions under their own credentials without being clocked in. As a result, these transactions do not appear on the shifts report, but do appear in both the transactions and reporting apps. We hold our credit card tips, as such the employees rely on the shifts report in order to determine how much card tip they are owed and how much cash they must turn in to the house (their total cash sales).

Clover customer facing app should allow to show different name/picture for different locations
We have three locations that all take on-line orders through the Clover App. The app shows all three locations when the customer does a search, but shows the same photo/logo/name which makes it very difficult for the customer to tell if they are ordering from the correct location. For us it's more confusing because the locations have addresses on the same street name 2063 and 260 so they are constantly choosing the incorrect location.
Each location should be able to choose it's own name, photo, logo just like we can do with the menu, hours etc.1 vote -
Ability to manage Employees at the Multi-Location level
We have multiple locations, but utilize the same employees at those locations. We need the ability to enter an employee once at the Multi-Location level and have the ability to select which location they need to be authorized for. Right now we have to enter the same employee at each location, which is time consuming and the margin for error is greater in not getting Access Code, Role etc the same in each place.

Make the Multi-Location Dashboard work consistently
When using the Multi-Location Dashboard Inventory we are consistently having to make updates to locations and other attributes multiple times before the change is actually saved to the item. Many times I have to make a change at each location before it will accept the updates.
Additionally, having ALL the functionality at the multi location level that we have at the individual location level - many things have to be done at the location level and with multiple locations have to make the same change multiple times is very time consuming.

Reporting for Multi-Location needs to be inclusive of all reports, not just sales summary
Ability to run any report on the Multi-Location Dashboard
Right now we can only run the basic sales overview reports which is not helpful in trying to manage inventory, people, etc across multiple locations.
1. A critical report would be Sales by Item by Location by date that includes quantities, transaction/order ID, item name, discount, employee.
2. A report with Inventory by location in one report with the ability to see all items across all locations with any variance in cost, price, modifiers, categories, labels, revenue classes. It's very difficult when trying to sync items across locations to have to…1 vote -

Providing a margin calculator near the cost/ price lines in inventory.
Under an inventory item, it would be helpful to see a 25%, 30%, 35%, 40% margins option near the cost and price lines. So staff can put in an item cost, and then just hit the percentage margin and have the price automatically calculated. Other POS systems have this capability. Saves time not having to pull out a margin calculator on our phone for every item.

option to assign tips to different employees
Our business is a grooming salon and our receptionist cashes payments. Therefore the name of the receptionist is on the receipt, but not the groomer who the tip belongs too. There should be a way to assign a service provider to a ticket to account for tips and commission! This seems like a basic feature that any service business needs.

check out items under assigned revenue class
We have 2 revenue classes for our grooming salon. 1 is service and the other is retail, because we sell dog food, supplies, etc. For some reason, everything is automatically rung out as "retail" even though our service items were created with the "service" revenue class assigned. Why don't items automatically ring up as their assigned class? This seems to defeat the purpose of having it.

Order fulfillment
It would be good to add flags to orders that have multiple available settings. Sure, Open and Closed are nice but that doesn't assist someone fulfilling orders keep up with the orders already picked up when all online orders come in paid in full and closed. A separate column for that flag would be good and to make the multiple options be configurable by the merchant would be nice. The ability to then filter based on this status is key. Also, the Orders Screen really would benefit from having a field for searching based on customer name, phone, or email…
