System files tip adjusted transactions as partially paid
Tip adjusted transactions show in reporting as partially paid. This causes the printed employee report to exclude the service charges (gratuities) from those transactions.

EDT vs EST
Time by time the export in Excel format has same records with EDT and other lines with EST.
Seems a bug of the system.Anyway add EDT or EST in the same column of the Date/Hour do not allow to use that column with the Excel functions.
Should be better that EDT/EST was in a separate column.If you need same more ideas on the export I am available on my email.

Tender Type report, daily for a custom date range
I need to be able to run a "tender types" report by date for a custom date range. Exactly the same functionality as the sales report, which allows for DAILY SUMMARY or TOTAL toggle, but in the tender type it only allows for the summary.

Daily Sales Report
Daily sales report that at the end of the day is generated and automatically send an email on file with summary information, including Gross Sales, Net Sales, Tax, Credit Card and cash (amount collected) So far, the only option is closeout report but it does not have the whole picture of the company daily sales activity.

Clover Flex - Add option to view/print ITEMS sales by This Device
My organization is currently using 2 Clover Flex and will be purchaing 24 more devices. I have created 27 categories for the menus at our 10 service locations. Currently the ITEMS sold by CATEGORY report lists all items sold in each category on every device in use. I have multiple devices selling from the same category. We would like to be able to print ITEMS sold by CATEGORY by THIS DEVICE, directly from the Clover Flex. This will save time and paper and not require me to grant employee access to the Clover Dashboard online.

Transactions excel download - Include column for phone number and column for email of customer . I
I export Transaction Excel Report and having the phone number and email included in Transaction report would be easier than opening detail, looking at receipt and copy/paste into the excel report. Especially since working with over 500 orders.

Sales Report by specific time / day
We have 4 companies using Clover. 12 devices. As a manager I need to quickly review the sales. Example Lunch hour - 12-3 pm on Monday. The dashboard pulls up the sales but I can’t scroll using the next day button anymore. Now it reverts to Monday at 3-6 pm.
Apparently this is an update but it took away our ability to easily scroll through the days - AT THE SAME TIME FRAME. We need this function back or at least an option to continue to next day or next 3 hr time frame.1 vote -
Report based off of Clover Dining Sections
Merchants would like the ability to have a report that breaks up sales based off of sections in the Clover Dining app. They hope is that restaurants can tell which dining areas are the busiest.

totals on transactions screen (like it was in the previous version)
it now takes six taps to get a daily total where we could just look in the header of the transaction list before. We used that function daily. Please put it back.

Better reporting for comparison of what sold to what got changed in inventory to reflect items
Reporting for comparison of every day sold items and every day change in inventory item list to reflect only items that were only manually changed in inventory.
This functionality will enhance daily audit ability for owners

Customers and Item Sales Combined Reporting
They want to know if we can generate them a report that will show Customers and Item Sales together. A report showing which customers bought which items that month. The item sales report only shows the items but does not tie it to specific customer. This is going to be a report that need monthly and is possible to have that function added as to where they can pull that report themselves,

Reporting app: Filter Payment Types
We would be very pleased if the Reporting app can let you filter payments by tender (example: Cash only) instead of needing to login to the Dashboard to see that info.

Cash Vs. Card needed on Employee Reporting for Managers
Clover Dining, need ability at end of night on Employee Reporting for managers to see not just totals, but Cash Vs. Card Totals so Managers know how much $$ to collect from their servers. This is only available in steps on the Dashboard and there needs to be a quick way to accomplish this on the device.

Print Day before Last, or Sunday, option in Reporting Date drop down
Simply an additional option for the drop down in Reporting, in addition to "Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Custom" It would be nice to have either a "Day before last" option, or a "Saturday" button, so that we can stop running the custom range each Monday after the Sunday which is always off at our location.
TLDR: Add to the Reporting drop down an option for "Day before Last"

Detailed batch report printable
Please create a printable detailed batch report that shows the batch total and a list of all transactions (sales and refunds). Maybe you can add that to the "Closeout" screen so I can click on the batch "details" link and print the report. Thank you,

Multi-Location
Bring back the export option for the new Multi-Location Dashboard per a merchant who has 30 locations. This report is used daily to show sales for each store location. The function was previously there on 10/16/22 and now it is not there.
