the authorization on the mobile ap being the same phone number as the computer/desktop platform is not acceptable because the computer that will be at the store will not be with the phone (with the card reader) that will be at a fair. and the fair will WAY too loud to hear a phone ring to be tending to the needs of the store. not to mention leaving customers to take a phone call is rude. so either the store will not be able to use the computer platform or the fair will not be able to take payments. we can't travel to fairs with the computer because the store needs it there and we can't stop the fair to give a code back to the office. it's rude to the customer and all the 5 step entry to the ap makes taking payments very slow. the customers are likely going to choose not to make the sale because they have to wait so long for us to log in to take the payment.
