For Basic Users on website app, add fields to show as alternative to existing option
The website application assumes all businesses using this account has a brick & mortar shop, and requires an address for the receipts, however, as a consultant, I work out of my home and do not want to advertise my home address to clients. Support suggested I enter my post office address which is what I had to do.
There should be an option to add ie a po address (which is what I use with my clients and they know it is me- no confusion.)
Address is a required field on receipts by the card brands. As you mentioned you are able to change the consumer facing address to a PO Box to help keep you physical location private
