Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more. For clover online ordering we need to be able to use 'delivery' as a fulfillment method (not a 3rd party, our own delivery) - so that we can deliver to customers seamlessly - Clover USA has this, but Clover Canada does not, Canadian customers simply need access to the programs you already have but made available in our country.   2. There is interest to create a completely contactless ordering & payment experience by being able to open a running tab with payment pre-authorization via QR Code. The customer seats themself, scans the QR code on the table to view the menu, adds the items they would like for their first round to their order, they insert their payment information to start their tab and send their first round to the bar/kitchen, the tab stays open so the customer can keep ordering without completing the transaction, once they are ready to leave they close their tab/tip from their personal device and…

  4. second request. i need the order ticket to print twice. one goes to the barista, one goes to the cashier who handle to baked goods and finalizes the order when both tickets are finished. at this time, we go to receipt reprint, choose order ticket, then reprint. this is taking too long when there is a line of customers. please, just create an option to print multiple order tickets.

  5. Please change or make available the ability to change the checkout and tip sequence on the Flex and Pocket. It should be... 1 Enter Card, 2 Select Tip Amount, 3 Sign On Screen, 4 Receipt Options. We are losing clients because others do it this way, but Clover asks for the tip before entering the card info, which restaurant owners do not like as it makes for an awkward check out.

  6. Specifically targeting bars; late-night, a larger proportion of the bar staff-s time is dominated by having to close tabs, and in a crowded bar, a large amount of space at the bar is also dominated by customers waiting to close their tabs.

    Idea: QR code link to portal (Bar can post QR codes around establishment, by open-space areas, by exits, even in parking lots), customer can enter in last 4 digits of the CC they opened the tab on, and can then close out their tab via self-service, adding tip and signing, instead of having to interact with bar staff.…

  7. I have customers that orders months ahead because during Chinese New Years I have an insane promotion that because my restaurant is packed with online orders, people always order ahead. In other systems I can set it to allow orders to be ordered months ahead, I wish Clover has this same functionality

  8. Clover ONLINE needs to work WITHOUT Doordash AND ONLINE Menu needs ability to AUTO stop allowing Customers to order Breakfast items after a particular time ...

    Support Advised has to manually be done every day - Thats nuts ;-)

  9. New update, Clover Modifiers are now all seperate. Have to click each modifier group.

    Use to be able to scroll. Now each Transaction takes and extra 30 seconds. Great to know that clover wants me to lose transactions, and money!

  10. Allow the Clover Kiosk to send order receipts to a connected kitchen printer, even when the cash tender type is selected on the Kiosk.

    Part of the value of the Kiosk is streamling ordering. If an order won't even fire until the order is engaged with on another Clover device, than a part of the utility of the Kiosk is lost.

  11. We want to be able to put a custom gratuity amount or custom percentage which will appear under tips and gratuity and not under service charge. This amount will print on the customer receipt under sales tax it will gratuity and dollar amount.

  12. I have a merchant using xxxx that is interested in Clover. They are not going to move forward with Clover, because they need the ability to pull up an order simply by swiping/inserting the card that they have on file for the bar tab/pre-auth. This is a music venue/bar that gets very loud, and therefore they need the ability to pull up an order without needing to communicate with the customer over loud music. If Clover could implement this, they would 100% move.

  14. Merchants need the OPTION (in settings) to fire orders to the kitchen from the Clover Kiosk EITHER at the time of the order being placed at the kiosk OR when the customer walks up to the counter. Currently, only the latter is possible, and only works for a portion of merchants, with certain workflows. Please amend/update the Kiosk settings, ASAP so that merchants can both make their own decisions and we can sell more Clover. Thank you.

  15. Pizza slice shop with a line out the door needs this feature ASAP. Front counter staff needs to be able to add a name to the order for the cooks to warm up slices at the front counter and whole pizza cooks to make them in the kitchen. That name needs to be printed on order receipts in Bold. We don't need to waste time trying to lookup customers, don't need to collect their phone number nor email nor save them in the database. We have hundreds of customers. We just to add their first name and have it visible…

  17. Create functionality to enter future delivery date/time that would work similar to online orders schedule at future time or dates and times. In addition add an interface that shows future orders to facilitate order fulfillment.

  18. Currently Payment receipts have 3 different options for modifiers.
    - Show All Modifiers
    - Show Only Priced Modifiers
    - Dont Show Modifiers

    It would be nice if Clover offered a 4th option that a lot of other POS systems do. This option would be to "Show Modifiers without Price". Essentially this will show the modifiers on each item but the up charges for each item would just accumulate to the items subtotal instead of showing them listed individually.

    For example. If I had a burger that cost $8.99 and I added an "Extra Patty" modifier for $1.50. Currently Clover's receipts…
