credit card capture
Allow for credit card information to be swiped without pre auth to hold open a tab. With pre auth to many chargebacks happening since some pre auths are not falling off immediately and it appears there are 2 charges.

Automatic print for voided items
Option to choose automatic firing for voided items sent to the printer or KDS, currently servers have to manually press a button and the button disappears quickly.

Modifiers Price Adjustments with 3rd Party Integration
Clover should have the options to increase the price of modifiers as well for Grubhub, Doordash and Uber menus that are integrated with Clover POS. For example all 3rd party integrations runs updates on daily basis to sync the menu which brings the price of modifiers to what is set for in store prices and costing a restaurant to not be able to cover their 25% fee from increased menu since it is getting charged at same price on Doordash etc. same as store prices if the prices of items are set with modifiers.

In this way, you can have differential pricing for modifiers in your in-store Vs online ordering channels. We are rolling out this feature to merchants in phases and you should receive this shortly.

Printing off separate line items in and order
Would it be possible to print out separate line item on any order that goes back to the kitchen. Example: Order has salad in it and they send out the salad first, would like the ability to just print off that and not the hold order when that is up etc.

Broomfield, CO has an Abo's Pizza that uses your services. Fix the typo so it says Broomfield, not Bloomfield, on all the stuff you send out. Yes, they have flowers there, but the name of the town is Broomfield.

Auto Print When Saving An Order
Right now when I take a carry out over the phone, then click "save", rather than the order automatically printing I'm having to go into the "orders" app, click the order then click "reissue receipt". Three extra steps (time consuming) rather than just auto printing. Please, if possible, update so receipts can auto-print when saving an order.

Online order notifications
Need the ability to have an audible and visual notification when an online order comes in; currently, there is no notification and it can sit there unnoticed while folks are busy with other things, but a ping, or bell when a new standard online order comes in is critical for the business

Export orders that shows modifiers
As a store manager I want to be able to export a table that includes items and modifiers on the orders purchased.
The only way to do it now is to click on receipts and to open it one by one

Server name show on kds
Merchant would like the Server name to show on the KDS screen so if the cooks have a question about an order, they know who to ask. Currently it only shows the table name.

KDS should not show already printed orders
Currently the KDS will show all orders even the ones already expedited to the customer. Example
I put in an appetizer for the customer of an order of Bruschetta. On the KDS the kitchen will touch the screen to say its ready and it is removed. 10 minutes later I place their main course and the KDS will show the Bruschetta (with a check mark) and the rest of the order. When a kitchen is busy you are now asking the kitchen to make sure they look for a check mark. "Switch courses on separate ticket at the time they are fired (default)."
Enabling this setting will ensure that any items fired later for a course are printed on a separate ticket, improving order clarity and kitchen workflow.

Servers name on KDS order
add the servers name to the order sent to the KDS it only reflects on the printed receipts now.

Kitchen order ready for pickup
Enable indication/notification from the KDS when the items sent to the kitchen are complete and ready for pickup by the server. This can be an indicate on the order itself and the ability to configure if a server should be notified via text or if a notification can be sent to the device that sent the order to the Kitchen.

Editing Order and Adding Items to the Bill after the first person leaves the table
I am Hossein, one of the managers of Diyako Cafe. We are using Clover systems, and we have a very important problem with that. In the case that we have more than one person on a table, and we serve some items to them, when the first person wants to pay for its order and leave and the other people remains, we can’t add any other items to the table. In this situation, the invoice is frozen and the only possible action is asking other guests to pay for their current bill, close the bill and open a new bill…

Payment tender type for Kiosk
Some clover kiosk user would like to be able to skip the self payment, and instruct customer to to payment counter. It will also be helpful if clover kiosk allow multiple payment tender, like "Cash" or "Pay at Counter"

Please fix Clover dinning app FIRE ALL glitch.
When pressing “Fire All” screen returns to table layout as the order has been printed/ sent to the kitchen printer. But when go back to the table it is not marked as “printed”
The screen should remain in such order screen if “Fire All” did not go thru.
Tried below but did NOT resolve the issue.

Support International Phone Numbers on Clover Online Ordering
Currently, customers with international phone numbers cannot pay for their order when checking out in Clover Online Ordering. This is especially frustrating when you use the Clover Dining Table QR Codes. They put in their order, get all the way to end to pay, and it stops them, and they have to repeat entire order to a person. Please support international phone numbers for Clover Online Ordering or give us the ability to NOT require phone numbers.

Ability to reopen a table/order if server accidently closes the wrong table
Server closes the wrong table and quickly realizes the mistake. There is no way to reopen the table to my knowledge without reentering all the orders. If its a large table what a pain.
