Welcome to the Clover Restaurant Forum. You're here because you are a Clover Restaurant merchant and would like to submit ideas that you feel would enhance/improve Clover's current offerings in the Restaurant space.

Clover Dining: Ideas related to table management and the Clover Dining experience.

Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more. If you have tipping suggestions, please include these ideas in the Tipping category of the Taking Payments forum.

Engagement: Share your thoughts on Clover’s built-in software that allows businesses to manage customers including viewing/storing customer information.

Clover GO: Clover GO is a mobile POS system designed for businesses that need to accept payments on the go.

Hardware: Ideas related to Clover hardware in the Restaurant space

Inventory: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clover’s inventory management software.

Invoice: Ideas related to Clover’s Invoicing feature.

Kitchen Management: Ideas related to KDS, Kitchen Printers, etc.

Menu: Share your thoughts on all functions that specifically have to do with Clover’s menu creation feature.

  2. Clover Cash Discount applies to Clover Gift Cards

    Please add Clover Gift Cards as a tender option to apply the cash discount price. We want our gift card holders to pay the cash price

    1) Be able to submit emails to admins/managers when inventory is below a certain count on an item

  4. On-Line Ordering Accept Gift Cards and Promo Codes

    The online ordering site should be able to accept gift cards for payment and/or promo codes a business is offering.

    Most bartenders pool their tips so the tips app should be able to do that for certain employees and run the correct report at closeout

  8. Being able to change the background color on the clover screens. I have had many clients ask to change the colors or add a custom background

    I have had many clients say they do not like the white background of the clover dinning and retail screens. They would also like to be able to change the color of the categories. so that the full box is a solid color, not just the side.

  9. Cloning Permission Settings Roles/Permissions

    Many multiple locations are under different legal corps but maybe the same owner or franchisee. Setting up multi location permission settings rather than being able to copy or close them takes a long time for a merchant to setup and delays implementation.

  10. Discount Code for Online Orders

    Ability to create a Discount Code for On-Line ordering. For example you have a promotion on social media where people get a 10% Discount on Wednesday with the Code WED10 that they would input while ordering online.

  11. receipt

    'Signature & Tip Location' on BOTH device, and receipts. Businesses that run volume through transactions via a customer queue line/station need to be able to occasionally print receipts for this.
