Station Duo information
Allow users to remove information from the Station Duo main screen. It shows the daily sales tally and I don't want my employees to know that information.

Default Modifier
The Modifiers in COLO automatically set to a specific modifier when the minimum and maximum are both 1. It would be better for the option to have a checkbox that doesn't allow the order to be added to the cart ( like what happens when there are 1min 2 max) than the circle that automatically defaults . This can cause issues especially for merchants who have Vegan/Vegetarian establishments ( the modifier defaulting to a vegetarian item on a vegan order that can easily be overlooked).

Restore Alphanumeric Characters to Flex 4
Merchant upgraded from the Flex 3 to Flex 4 and the employee lock screen no longer has the alphanumeric characters, only numbers. The only alphanumeric setting is for the customer-pin pad entry; however, they want it back for the employee lock screen.

Feature Removed: Can't Add Address While Creating Customer in Order App
Following an update about three weeks ago, the ability to add a delivery address when creating a new customer within the Order app has been removed.
Currently, they must:
Leave the Order app,
Go to the Customers app,
Manually create the customer with their address,
Return to the Order app to link the customer to the order.
This adds unnecessary steps during busy service hours. Please consider restoring the ability to add a customer with an address directly during order entry. This was a valuable part of the workflow and its removal is causing frustration.

Device Printed COLO QR Codes are not enabled for DDD Delivery!
Device Printed COLO QR Codes are not enabled for DDD Delivery! Only the QR codes at the dashboard are enabled with DDD delivery option. Most of our merchants do not have PC's/Printers. The ability to print QR codes that work for both pick up and Delivery should be an option.

No codes
I need the option to disable the use of passcodes. At my restaurant, we operate using employee cards, which are currently only used by managers. However, I need to remove the requirement for managers to use passcodes. Additionally, we need the new Clover devices to be enabled to accept employee cards as well.

Give admin access to devices and printer. Why was it removed? If there are 3 owners to a business, you expect them to share 1 main account with 2-factor logins? Not sure why Clover keeps messing things up.

PLEASE put time clock back on the website dash board under Employees menu!!!
PLEASE put time clock back on the website dash board under Employees menu!!! It is cumbersome to find and get to. We don’t process payroll from the station at the restaurant we process it from the office. This was an inefficient change since you have to go through so many clicks and wait for so many pages to load just to click through to the time clock app you are using. Especially if you are in a remote area with poor internet service. Thank you!

Color Code for Servers and Bar Tabs
Merchants I've spoken with mentioned that color-coding employees and extending this system to open bar tabs would simplify locating a server's tab, particularly during peak hours.

Bulk Edits For Items
Dashboard: Cannot edit item quantities in bulk, only single edits allowed unless uploaded via spreadsheet which would require existing items to be removed to avoid duplicates on the newly imported file. When selecting bulk edit, please consider an option for quantity.

kiosk modifires are missing
I have a huge issue with the clover kiosk.
some of my items has a lots of modifiers and it seems like on the kiosk they make a limit on how many modifires you can have which I think it is a programing mistake because we don't have this issue on the Due station so now my customers can not see all their modifiers options on the kiosk.
second the All Item option on the kiosk has to be takin offfffffff pleeeeeeease it confuse the customers and it suppose to be just an option for the staff on the due…2 votes -

Option for customer to provide a rating/review on device
Provide an option to have customer provide immediate rating/review when completing a transaction on device. Ex: "How did we do today?" 1 - 5 stars.

Independent Device Settings & Customization
Merchants need the ability to make changes to one device that does not impact other devices on the same MID.
This impacts a lot, so I am sure there are dozens (maybe hundreds) of other clover update requests that are encompassed in this
Examples:
- Retail, Clover mini has local city tax rate, but the Clover go for Travel shows can have their own city tax rate
- Restaurant, Clover station signs on receipt, but the Clover flex does sign on screenPRO - Merchant would have more precise and dynamic control of their systems

Fix Clover Mini Gen3 Printing Sound to be smoother and not choppy.
I have a Clover mini Gen2. I upgraded to a Gen3. Now the new Gen3 printer receipt sounds really choppy and seems a little bit slower. I have both machines side by side doing a test print. I even share the sound to the Tech Support Assistant who is online speaker phone to hear both of them do a test print.
The new Clover Mini Gen3 printing is not smooth like the old mini GEN2. The sound is choppy and louder and does NOT print smoothly when it comes out of the thermal printer. Is it really supposed to sound…

Discounts Availability and Application
Problem: Once created, discounts are only available or must be deleted AND they can be applied to both Order and Item level. They are also often disorganized.
Solution: Make discounts available or unavailable (optional) so we don't have to delete them and allow them to be applicable for Orders or Items only, or both. This way employees cannot accidentally apply BOGO 50% OFF item only discount to an entire order.
Also, please give us the ability to organize discounts alphabetically or as category/groups, also allowing to display in register separately or in categories -- perhaps we can add/delete custom categories…

Partial Payments on open tabs/orders
Partial payment order Management
Ability to running an open tab/order/check after a partial payment is applied. In a bar environment it is common to have a party of guests running a single tab/order. Some guests leave and request to apply a partial payment. Others stay and continue to add items to the existing tab/order. This option is currently not possible in Clover, but available in most competitive pos products.

Please you need to add back service charge to pop up automatically when my employee hit pay on clover system
just opened a new restaurant, but I don’t see the service charge pop up automatically when I hit “Pay.” This feature works correctly in my other three restaurants. I contacted Clover Support, and they told me that the new updates no longer include this feature. Please add this feature back.
