QR code improvements
We recently added Scan to Pay at our location. The feature is receiving positive feedback from both staff and guests. However, the QR code only prints when printing a full table bill. No QR code prints when splitting the check. The QR code was a plus for me, as an owner, because we do a TON of large groups with split checks and this speeds up efficiency in check out: potentially reducing future labor costs.

Add/remove/extra buttons
Most of the top level restaurant per terminals have the ability to press a button to add or remove and that will bring up a pop-up option for different add-ons. This is what we need.

Cash income
In the Clover app and desktop application, cash sales are not included in the first screen. Even in the batch reports, cash income has not been seen. Needed to dig in to see the actual income. Creats unsecure idea and conflicts

Printing order in Kitchen printer
When we press Pay, the system sends the order to the kitchen printer. Actually, in this stage, the Customer does not pay yet. We see another screen to choose a payment type, such as cash or credit card. If the customer cancels the order or add something to the order or his credit card declines, we can not control the order. The order has already started to be prepared. We only have one option to prevent this. The option we have to choose, send the order to the kitchen when the customer prints the receipt. Servers needing better reports to tip bartenders to separate food from bar tip amount
NEED Tips at end of day to decipher between tips for food and regular beverages and tips for bar orders..
So servers can tip bar on bar items handled "WITHOUT" giving bar tips on "Entire" food order ( food they serve should not be portion of tip that goes to bartender)
NEED simpler way at the end of the day to see breakout by employee for bar tip versus food tip portion for total tips
Ie;
Days orders came to $1,000$200 of order was bar
$800 of order was food and beverage
Tip is 20% of the total ticket

Using Customer name instead of ticket numbers
We would like to be able to ask the customer for a name and use that as the ticket number. Instead of just calling out numbers when orders are ready, we would like to call out their name.
The feature to add their name to the ticket currently just auto adds the name on the credit card and it's a little weird. Also we're not trying to take down all their information and add them to the system. We would just like a simple name on each order. Please and Thank you!

Sales Activity Report Headers
Add the cash rendered amount to the column header in Sales Activity > Transactions report so we can easily identify potential theft or expectations for the till at shift changes. Or offer the ability to customize the headers of the Sales Activity reports like we can with Inventory

Firing Order Logs Server Out
When a server fires their order, rather than the computer closing the table out, but leaving the server logged in and on the dining room floor plan screen, we should be able to turn on a function that logs the server out entirely. When you have 8-10 servers running around and someone forgets to log out, it's easy for someone else to start ringing their order under another person's name. Servers often forget to lock the computer when they're done, so this issue is fairly common.

Ability to Filter Tips by Date
We have a few locations that would love to be able to filter the Tips app by date.
We have a bar that checks all tips entered the prior night for accuracy before they manually settle the batch. This helps prevent calls from customers due to tip entry errors. They would love to only see the tips from a specific date or yesterday.

Report
I need to have a report that shows the exact time each item is entered, even if it’s going to the same table. Clover has a “line item” feature, but if I add 3 margaritas at different times, it only shows the time of the first margarita.

Disable Checkout for Dine-In QR Code ordering. We would like to disable the feature for customers to Checkout for Dine-In QR Code ordering so our servers can process the payment for them. This creates some confusion because we don't know when someone has paid for their tab already.

manually entering weight without using scale
My merchant sells food the pound and is using clover with a weight scale, he would like to be able to enter manually the pounds in the clover when he is selling future orders for holidays etc... without actually weighting the product at the time of placing he order. The clover doesn't let him enter the quantity in pounds typed only coming from the weight scale... is this something Clover can do using the weight scale or there is a solution to this issue? Thank you

Online Orders Frequency Options
Online Ordering Frequency would allow you to edit/limit the frequency by which customers can place online orders through your Online Ordering platform. Essentially you as the merchant are able to set the number of orders that can be placed within a specific timeframe, like in 10 Mins, 30 mins, an hour, etc
A lot of my smaller Clover Restaurants have limited capacity to how many orders they can make at a time so during their busiest hours its extremely helpful to have a feature that allows the merchant to mitigate receiving a high number of simultaneous orders by limiting how…

Smaller Kiosk Option
Hi, I just want to know if there are any plans to offer a smaller customer-facing kiosk unit?
The current one is nice, but too big/tall for stores with limited cash register space.
Ideally, the kiosk would be big but not big enough that it takes up space needed to do a manual/cash transactions right in front of/above it. Essentially taking up the spot where Clover Minis are usually placed in a Clover Duo Station set up (i.e. a screen facing the customer with the POS right in front of it).
