Smaller Kiosk Option
Hi, I just want to know if there are any plans to offer a smaller customer-facing kiosk unit?
The current one is nice, but too big/tall for stores with limited cash register space.
Ideally, the kiosk would be big but not big enough that it takes up space needed to do a manual/cash transactions right in front of/above it. Essentially taking up the spot where Clover Minis are usually placed in a Clover Duo Station set up (i.e. a screen facing the customer with the POS right in front of it).

Custom view and pricing for identical Modifiers on order receipt
When I select an item such as a latte I am then presented options such as milk type, syrups, temperature etc.
The issue I have now if I select multiple of the same modifier such as vanilla syrup it prints out on the order ticket like this and can lead to very long order receipts:

Order Receipts in Spanish
Customer wants their order receipts in their Clover Kiosk to show "PAY AT REGISTER" and "PLEASE TAKE THIS TICKET TO REGISTER AND COMPLETE PAYMENT" in Spanish since the merchant is located in Puerto Rico where the initial language is Spanish. It is creating problems for him since not all consumers know English and are disgusted with him because of the long wait. We need the merchant to be able to count on a system that does not create issues.

Need ability to "Edit Menu Prices" for selected items
Need ability to "Edit Menu Prices" for selected items not just the entire menu. We have a menu that is marked up by 30%. When I add a new menu item, it is not marked up and there is no way to do it, other than duplicating the item. Now you have 2 items to manage for 1 item. Ideally would like the "Edit Menu Prices" feature to be applied to only the selected items.
2 votesThanks for reaching out to Clover. We acknowledge your need and will review it. In the mean time, you may want to try this work around. When you add a new item into the menu (that already had a price adjustment), you can change the item price of only that item within the menu so that it is in par with your menu mark up price.

Reporting Functionality-Export Payments
Under Transaction, an option is available to export Payments but the pre-configured report generated does not allow for user configuration/modification changes to capture additional data fields for data that is captured on the customer receipt.
Additional fields required Item, Price, Categories, Modifiers.
It seems a custom report is required but Clover Support can only suggest submitting request via User Voice instead of creating a support ticket. This should be an easy ask.

Inconvenient for Franchise business
Hi,
We own a franchise business and have realized that the Clover POS system is not very franchise-friendly. For example, the reporting feature could be improved. It would be great if the POS had a function that automatically calculates cash deposits. I know there is a cash deposit category, but it’s not sufficient for our needs. Additionally, when updating the menu, I have more than 30 accounts under my master account. While we can switch between accounts easily, it would be much more convenient if we could update the menu across all accounts at once, as we manage the franchise…2 votes -
KDS display
the KDS will display ( totals or "all days"). if there are 3 orders in the KDS, it will display the "all day" totals in the queue , if there are 2 NY steak orders on all three orders, the KDS will display they are a total of 9 NY steaks that are needed

Sales Overview Bulk Reporting
When running Sales Overview reports there needs to be a way to choose multiple employees at once to export, so they are in one file and separated into different tabs. Currently I have to run individual reports for each employee then combine them into one Excel spreadsheet so they're on their own tabs.

Clover Flex Enable Quantity Bar
Change item quantities during orders -Currently, for all devices except Clover Flex, we can use the QTY Quantity bar at the top of the screen. Please enable this feature on Clover Flex as well. Businesses want to use Flex to take orders at the table and entering the same item multiple times is inconvenient -not functional during a dinner rush.

Submitting a request for the Card Type to be put back on the Employee Overview report within the Reporting App on the device. This is an issue for restaurants!

Option to Print "Just" the Batch Report
Prior to last week, I could go to "Closeout" and print batch reports. The Closeout screen also gave options for printing Card Type Totals and Server Totals. As of last week, all of the print buttons automatically print all of the reports. I called customer service and found out that this is a result of a recent update. Updates should be improvements. Updates should not decrease my options.

Can customers select the options more than once?UBER EATS OFFERS THE OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE THE RULES OVER THE CHOICE OF AN EXTRA ITEM, BUT CLOVER DOES NOT.
THIS MEANS THAT MY CLIENTS CANNOT SELECT MORE THAN 1 TIME AN EXTRA. IT ONLY WORKS IF I ENTER EVERYDAY AT EATS MERCHANT AND ACTIVATE THE OPTION OF "How many times can customers select any single option?"

SALES BREAKDOWN (FOOD AND LIQUOR)
There is currently no way to quickly determine the restaurants (or individuals) sales break down for Food and Liquor. This information (liquor sales) would be useful for servers at the end of each shift to determine the amount they must tip out the bartenders. Additionally, this information would be extremely beneficial for the restaurant to determine sales of periods (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). There has to be a better way to do this, than continuing it on our fingers or with scrap paper. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Merchants need to be able to see the cash deposit totals by employee on their POS and not just via the dashboard. Currently, the POS shows cash deposit totals - but not by employee.
The cash deposit totals by employee are visible in the dashboard and so this should be accessible via the POS as well.
This is important for employees and their manager when checking cash deposits at the end of their shifts.

Business owners should be able to name the batch per the location. Client gets the same report for 5 locations, easier to identify if he can name the batch per loaction.

Ability to Schedule Future Item and Price Updates in Inventory and MLWD
I need the ability to schedule item and price updates in Clover so changes can be prepared in advance and set to go live automatically at a future date and time. For example, if I update the pricing on bagged coffee today, I should be able to schedule that update to publish on Friday at 6:00 am when the store opens. This would prevent the need to either push updates early or wait until right before opening to make time sensitive changes.

All day Menu & Font/Colour config
KDS needs a summary of all orders with counts. If there are 5 tickets on the display, there needs to be a summary bar like freshKDS that shows for example 5 burgers 4 soups 1 sub etc. the total number or all items that are fired in a summary.

Table numbers could be bigger and Dine in or take out could be smaller
