Restore ability to add more than 24 characters to DBA
Why is commenting on this idea closed. This is rather important to the merchants who request the feature. What if some power decided to limit the letters such that the POS will now be limited to Clove Merchants want to and deserve to use the DBA name of their choice.

Phone Number Receipt Formatting
PLEASE allow correct formatting for business phone number on customer facing receipts (per US convention, parentheses and dash (**) **-xxxx. A long, non formatted telephone number looks terrible. Thanks!

- launch the Setup App
- browse to Business Information
- select Phone
- use the key pad in enter your preferred formation, including any special characters such as parentheses and dashes

QR Code for Donations
When scanning a QR code, the payment screen states "your order" this is confusing and generally only applicable in restaurants. It would be helpful if this title could be edited particularly for non profits and churches that tend to use QR often.

Option to Remove quantity feature on the published website page
Description: Option to Remove quantity feature on the published website page.
Currently, when customer access the merchant's online ordering website. Click on an item. Select Breakfast, and then clicked 2 Eggs Breakfast w/ Meat. A popup box associated with 2 Egg Breakfast w/ Meat. Select, for example, Wheat. The Customer gets the option to add & subtract the item quantity.
This merchant advised Wheat bread is added to the meal, not an individual purchased item. So they want an option to hide/remove the quantity feature for all menu items.

Update 2 Step Authentication
2-Factor Authentication
Businesses need the option to bypass 2-factor authentication. We do NOT want our Clover accounts tied to any one individual at the business, as employment is bound to change somewhat over the years. We are already using shared, business email account for this service. But having one individual's cell phone number hold the keys to authentication is ineffective at best, and opens the door for financial issues in the worst-case scenario. Clover should create an option for 2-factor authentication through email, or business phone call.

option to send receipt as text on Virtual Terminal
When processing a payment on the virtual terminal it should have an option that is built in to the initial transaction to send the receipt as a text or via the email

Customer Database Functionality
On Clover Merchant Portal:
- button to import .csv file to batch overwrite customer data
- button to intelligently merge duplicate customer entries
- button to delete customer entries that match batch criteria (e.g. "MANUALLY ENTERED")
- button to automatically batch rewrite customer name fields with correct capitalization instead of all caps

Catering Estimates
I would like to be able to create a catering estimate for our customers from my home office through the Clover Dashboard instead of having to stand at a Clover POS system and enter it. I can create an invoice but an ideal situation would be to create from my laptop, itemized each catering item and send to the customer. Even if it means creating and printing the estimate and manually emailing it to our customer.

Have French Language Option in Payment Links
There should be the option of having payment links that display in French. This is a legal requirement in Quebec of any commercial page having French, otherwise it is illegal in this province.

Support for AFT
I have a large client with more than 1,000 Clover MIDs who is interested in developing support for AFTs (Account Funding Transactions) for a semi-integration. According to the DevRel team this is not currently on the roadmap for Clover. Please consider this for future development.

secondary Verification
While travelling please add an option to enable secondary verification by email. Often I do not have access to my primary telephone number as I use a data plan while travelling.

dashboard timeout is too short
Clover is logging me out after 15 minutes on the desktop. I am repeatedly logging back in throughout the day. Can you please give us a setting that allows us to stay logged in for an hour like it was previously? I'm in the back office trying to work. I don't have a security issue with being logged in.

Add or Modify Customer Fields
It would help manage the business if instead of (or in addition to) a "Business Name" field you could add and name a field. Not all customers belong to a business, however we need to collect critical information like "player name", "student name", "child's name" etc

Middle of the Road Service Plan.
Can you bring back the old service plan that cost $50 and give back some features that are important for most businesses? This $30 plan is junk. But I also do not need the $85 plan as I don't sell online. I just want back seeing my costs so I can know my profits and cost for inventory at the end of the year, being able to combine Open orders, being able to Exchange items on a Paid order and being able to sell something by the pound. clover dashboard
I am writing to express our concern regarding a recent change in the Clover dashboard. Previously, the cellular data portal displayed the device names alongside the serial numbers and SIM numbers, which was incredibly useful for our operations. However, in the latest version of the dashboard, this feature appears to have been removed.

Dashboard Access at ISO/Sales Office Level
I work as an ISO and constantly get asked to help merchants with simple items but cant do it without access to their dashboard. Some of them don't have the password or have never logged in before. A bunch of them don't even use email on a regular basis so asking them to login and complete dual factor authentication is challenging. If every sales office had access to their own merchants dashboards we could support the merchant better and faster.

Bring Back Register SaaS Plan Option
I've discussed the new Retail Growth plan with some merchants on the Payments plan today. Feedback suggests some merchants do NOT want a web site or to sell via e-commerce. Specifically, some retailers are contractually forbidden from selling certain products/lines online so there is no value in them having a website. Therefore, the Growth plan would result in their paying for something they can't use.
