Clover does not allow me to enter the employee number
Clover does not allow me to enter a number in the employee profile. When we communicate, Clover indicates to me that it does not accept numbers from Puerto Rico. This leads me to understand that Clover, despite having Puerto Rican clients, does not provide the platform to them. Please address this requirement.

Add a Setting to Add Reward Points Only When Gift Cards Are Purchased and Not When It Is Redeemed
Currently, card holders may earn Clover Reward points (A) when they purchase Clover gift cards as well as (B) when they make purchases using the gift cards, resulting in the business giving out double points to customers in both occasions. Please add a setting so that the business can choose when to give out points. With the current design, Clover Rewards is advising the merchant to manually adjust points, but it is not acceptable for businesses to spend time to adjust individual customer points.

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THE OPTION TO SEND AN INVOICE AND ALLOW THE RECIPIENT TO CHANGE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT THEY WANT TO PAY.

Ability to see ACH details under the customer profile
Merchants would like to be able to see the ACH details under the customer profile as well as be able to filter or search for customers that have an ACH on file v a credit card on file.

Fixing Scanning Issues
Since the update, whenever we scan a single item on our dashboard, it jumps around to a bunch of different items in inventory and brings up a random list of them, and we have to look through to find the one that we scanned. We've spent hours on the phone, updated everything we can hardware and software wise, and even bought a new scanner. This only started after the update, it is definitely a Clover malfunction.

gift cards
Please allow the Sales Overview to populate third party gift card information in the "Gift Card Activations" section of "Sales". The Register app populates Gift Card Redemptions as as Item but activations are not captured. Not acknowledging third party data for gift cards creates a gap in sales and tax reporting which makes bookkeeping more difficult than it has to be.

App - Discount Send Invoice
On the clover app, my patients get a discount every time they get a certain product, however, I cannot send an invoice from the app when a discount has been applied. This should possible.
Then online, I cannot send an itemized invoice to patients, only a single total, this too should also be able to happen.Thank you in advance

email collection
Previously, when the charge went through, the options given were to print, email, or text the receipt. That's changed, and now the options are "Print" and "More". In order to email or text the receipt, you have to tap the "More" button first.
Our email and texting collection has dropped to less than 1% after this change. Previously we were getting about 5%. I've tried to talk to customer support about getting this changed back, but I've been told tough luck, try leaving a post on the uservoice page.

Gift Card app needs to be able to accept payment via Telecheck Check
The Gift Card app is currently unable to accept payment via Telecheck Check. This is a customer service fail; customers will not understand why they can make payments for everything else via Telecheck Check, but not gift cards. Please enable this functionality ASAP.

Clover Dashboard > Employee's> Add New Employee this form asks all the requisites and information of the employee's but it does not display on the reporting> employee's report of the hourly wages and transferred estimated wages from homebase.

Signing on estimate attachments
Currently, it is possible to attach documents to an estimate, however these attachments cannot be signed by the customer. In many cases, businesses need customers to review and sign additional documents such as waivers, consent forms, or service agreements alongside approving an estimate. Because this functionality is not available, we have to send separate documents through other platforms for signature, which adds extra steps and creates a less streamlined customer experience.
